I'm writing this review because I am extemely pleased with the service I recieved From Kenny Duong. When I first walked into the dealership my wife and I were greeted with a friendly smile, and made to f with the service I recieved From Kenny Duong. It was getting too late on Saturday for us to go for a test drive, so Kenny opened up the shop on Sunday and gave us his undivided attention to answer all of our questions and concerns. I knew I liked the Hyundai quality,but Kenny's attentiveness to my needs really helped me to know that I could feel confident in dealing with Streetsville Hyundai. When the people at XM radio dragged their feet a little, Kenny was right there going to bat for me, talking to their rep on my behalf, and once again getting the job done. There is absolutely no doubt that I will recommend Streetsville Hyundai to all my freinds, and to anyone who asks me where I bought my beautiful Sonata Turbo. the elantra i purchased, though a nice car, and i like it; does not come anywhere close to the city driving rating. it is off by 33% to 50%, with the major reasoning affecting the variance is the number it; does not come anywhere close to the city driving rating. it is off by 33% to 50%, with the major reasoning affecting the variance is the number of lights one experiences while driving. the response to my complaint and disappointment to the above mentioned issue by the staff has been dismal. i did do as they asked, provided them with results of my test, and then nothing. no calls, no emails; even after visiting them. i would not recommend this dealership for sales. and i have told friends about the poor results for city driving.
