Lynn in Finance was very professional. One little story. As I was leaving with my new SUV my wife's car, which we had used to go to the dealer, would not start. Tony Merten the Service Manager came over from the maintenace depot to give her a boost and when that did not work offered to have the car pushed to the Service Bay to install a new battery.
