Trading in my five year old Civic was not something I had to do. The car still looked like new, and drove like new. After extensive research I eliminated all other similar sized/priced cars (including the new Civic) in favour of the Elantra, and it's a bonus that the new styling looks great also. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Sheryle. She is personable, professional and knowledgeable about her products. No games, no pressure tactics, just a comfortable experience. I purchased an excellent vehicle at a reasonable price, and they even took the time to call my insurance company to transfer coverage over to the Elantra. On top of it all, William took about 1/2 hour to go outside and show me how each and every feature of the new car works!!! This has to be the best dealership around. I am truly impressed with my experience at Streetsville Hyundai. Will took care of me like family and I never once felt pressured at all. I was in a financial bind and had to sort through some things to make the car payments work. Will never forced me into more then I could honestly afford and even threw in an extra for me without me asking. When there was a glitch in the paperwork, Mike immediately took care of it and made the corrections. Everything was explained well and I was able to sign the corrected paperwork right away. Everyone treats me very nice there and I would recommend this dealership to family, friends, co-workers and like. Heck if a stranger asked me I'd tell them to go there. They are just THAT GREAT! :) Do yourself a favour and check this place out, their new show room is likely to be ready by end of August 2011 and will just add to the overall experience. And the biggest benefit of all? You get a great car at wonderful price that is good on gas and pretty spiffy looking too :) Go there or be square....lol I love my 2012 Accent 5 door!!!!! Infact, he changed my fixated perspective about sales reps being evil and painful. He was easy to talk with (He talks straight). He gave me the best price (I'm cheap). He got me a free loan car (because I'm special). He kept his promises (no surprises in the end). Now I have a day old Elantra 2012 GLS Black and am very happy about it. Ps. Mike is General Manager, nice guy to talk to without being pressured to open up your wallet for extra this and extra that. I highly recommend Streetsville Hyundai. More
