I made an appointment to view a van with Troyce Ashe for 11am. I had suggested an earlier time but he said 11am.I arrived on time , ready to purchase, and he was selling it to someone else.I was ready to ha 11am. What annoys me is the lack of communication.If I had known it was first come, first served,I would have made sure I was there first thing that morning.Why make an appointment anyway???That should have been made clear up front, and not made to think by making an appointment you were guaranteed a time frame to view and purchase a vehicle.I will not recommend this Dealership, nor shop there again.Very disappointed with their treatment and ethics.
