Put in OW-20 instead of 5W-30 oil in my engine after my car was already going in for major engine problems . My car was smoking within 20 minutes of driving it after picking it up because the oil burnt up car was already going in for major engine problems . My engine was in for major engine problems and then they put in the WRONG oil? And then handed me a 2,800 dollar bill. Never going to this dealership again . I also had a set appointment and they let my car sit in their lot for DAYS after my parts were in, I had to go in and threaten to take the parts and get the work done elsewhere for anything to be done in a timely manner .
