We found Matthew Barkhouse was very good at dealing with us....He went through everything with us on how to operate some of the features that the Corsair offerd.So far so good wih this Lincoln...have not tr us....He went through everything with us on how to operate some of the features that the Corsair offerd.So far so good wih this Lincoln...have not tried the Turbo yet...but i will at some point..Would recomend Mathew to anybody!!!! First of all, I want to say that the sales team members I dealt with are top-notch, presented themselves professionally and represented the dealership well. My review is written with the intention of making you aware of how I have fallen through the cracks of the system. I’m very pleased with my new F-150 PowerBoost, even though it took almost 8 months after ordered to arrive. Ford kept me in the dark as to when the truck was built, ready or shipped. When prompted Benjie and Barry did what they could to see what the vehicle status was. I realize that the chip shortage was the root cause of the delay, but feel that Ford as a company could be doing a much better job of notifying their clients of what is going on. In addition, I’m hopeful that my future service experience will be much better than the first one. The Steele Ford service department scheduled a recall appointment for an advisory I received in the mail. I drove 50 minutes to arrive for this at 8:30 am on a Monday morning. Then I’m told that they don’t even have the part for the repair that they scheduled. After a brief apology, I set out for home feeling less than valued as a customer. The latest issue I’ve been made aware of is that the financing contract wasn’t handled properly. My $500 deposit wasn’t applied into the deal and there was also a sizeable amount coming back to me in regards to the lien payout on my trade. Happy to be having an error in my favour, I applaud the honesty of the dealership in refunding it to me now, but question why it wasn’t done properly when the deal was completed. Actually, I’d like to have a breakdown of the deal and what has happened here. More
