Purchased new 2022 F150. Drove it home from dealership and noticed it had two dents in the tailgate. We called the sales rep who told us to get an estimate and they would pay Drove it home from dealership and noticed it had two dents in the tailgate. When we got the estimate as requested, submitted as requested and three days later got a phone call that they would now not pay, denying any dents in the tailgate. More
