We had various communications with Finance Manager, Chris Casey, who helped with paper work & transfer ownership. Unfortunately, Chris wasn't available the day we picked up the vehicle however he had arranged for his co-worker, Ahmad Hasan, to assist with this process. I booked an appointment on line - he called me the next day - I expressed what we were interested in - we came in the next nite - he had a car already for us to test drive - when we got back from test drive - we saw a Bronco sitting there - he asked if we wanted to take it out - he got the keys and away we went - we ended up with the Bronco and we are happy with our decision.
