As we live out of town, our initial dealings with Nathan via email were great...got back to us quickly, very thorough in his answers and details about our purchase, and found us our first choice in the model & colour we were after. On our first visit to the dealership, we were greeted warmly by the gals at the desk and then met Nathan briefly before dealing with Brett to discuss the details. Again, professional, friendly and thorough, filled us in on all the details about options and extended warranty and got all our paperwork sorted. We returned a few weeks later to pick up our Highlander and after a quick finalizing of payments with Brett we were introduced to Paul, who was fantastic and gave us a thorough overview of our new car. AN ABSOLUTE PAIN TO DEAL WITH I found an excellent car at Stampede Toyota that I wanted to purchase, and when I said I’d pay for it in total, I was directed to Salmane El-Bakir in I found an excellent car at Stampede Toyota that I wanted to purchase, and when I said I’d pay for it in total, I was directed to Salmane El-Bakir in their Finance Department, whom I had assumed I would give my cheque to. However he insisted I take out a loan at TD and not pay for the car in total. He said that way he would get a commission on the loan and that that was his only source of income. And the loan was for 7.44% despite Salmane saying that I had one of the highest credit ratings he had ever seen. In return he would put a plastic film on the front faces of my new vehicle to prevent stone chips. He claimed that this would normally sell for $800 (which I found difficult to believe) but if I borrowed the money from TD, he would then sell this plastic coating to me for only $200. He also said that when I paid off the loan, they would reimburse me for the interest in that period, but would really want me to pay it off in two weeks so that he/they would be eligible to collect their commission and would only have to reimburse me for a lesser amount. I had to jump through numerous hoops and went through a lot of unnecessary stuff just so he/they could make a commission. They have proven themselves to be very UNprofessional in requesting that I take out a loan that I didn’t need nor want, and then later accidentally sending me a string of personal emails that were destined for someone else. I am not happy with them and would not shop there again. More

Ridiculous parts pricing Needed some drain plug washers for the differentials of my FRS and BRZ. They wanted 5 dollars a washer and claimed "thats just what it is".
