Adam McMillan along with rest of the management crew are the worst! After they make money of off you, that's it! You are done. I was thinking of giving them more customers since at the beginning they seem to have the perfect mask on. Too bad the true face comes out sooner or later. Don't be surprised if a manager starts to scream at the top of their lungs and yells at a customer! Because uncivilized people seem to have taken over Stampede Toyota. Be warned! And to any high Toyota officials who might be reading this, please have a talk with this horrible place. Because I have sent emails and I haven't received a single response. They are absolutely the worst dealership I have ever gone to! Including the HR! More
Dont waste your time going to buy a car from this place, not worth and cheap salesman. They be really nice to you when you visit this store but once they come to know you are interested in buying from them not worth and cheap salesman. They be really nice to you when you visit this store but once they come to know you are interested in buying from them they change their behavior especially after getting deposit. I am buying Corolla 2014 from Sonya and got stuck with them now. At start she was very nice dealing with me but after getting deposit she doesnt care. Worst even salesperson i have seen and experience in my whole life. Almost a week now and still waiting for my car to be delivered. Imagine i am paying and still waiting for my car. I called her many times and she be saying to me that she is trying to locate car for me , crap. Worst experience buying car from Stampede. Better try other dealers, she pushed me to do deposit and get the deals. She is liar, i asked for winter tires with the car and she agreed but later on came to know she is going to put 14 inch instead of 16. I had to threaten her to cancel my deal and then she agreed to put 16. Wish i would have chosen other dealers than this one. Fake people , try other places first More
I've purchased two vehicles from Stampede Toyota. My first vehicle was a 2008 pre-owned Corolla. In less than a year my shocks were blown and when I brought it into Toyota for servicing they had the nerve to try to make me pay for the repairs. I figured that less than a year on ANY part is ridiculous to say the least! After agreeing to pay since I just wanted to move on, the service desk informed me that Toyota would cover the cost. Second vehicle is a 2012 Scion xD, which I currently drive. My brake pads wore out in less than two years and just barely over 30,000km. I know that many factors come into play with brakes and they are wear and tear items, but the response I received from Toyota made it seem like they were blaming me for the pads wearing out so fast. They asked questions such as, do I speed, or how many times I apply the brakes...! After mentioning that I have not altered my driving habits for over 15 years and never have I had to replace my pads this early they told me that km's are not a good indicator of brake pad wear. In fact, they even compared my driving habits to their own shuttle driver, saying that they've had shuttle driver van pads wear out around the 30k km mark. That's NOT a fair comparison. Shuttle drivers drive several customers per trip so their load is constantly higher than mine. I drive to work 5 days a week alone. Unless I weigh over 500 lbs I don't think that's a fair comparison. So bottom line, their service and quality SUCKS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES! More
I visited Stampede Toyota dealership in Calgary to check on a an engine check-on light that came on my car recently. They diagnosed the problem and said that i need to get a harness assembly replacement. (t on a an engine check-on light that came on my car recently. They diagnosed the problem and said that i need to get a harness assembly replacement. (the service guy) told me that it will cost about $500 jut for the part, so, i asked if there is anything that they can do as i just bought the car 3 months ago as Certified Used Toyota. He said that this is not covered by the warranty. I asked him then if he can write me the part number so i can get it from somewhere else, which he did. I took the part number and tried to match it with other parts suppliers, but they all told me that there is no such number exist. So, i asked a friend who is in parts and he helped me to find the right part number. When i looked back on the number the service guy gave to me it was the same number except that he deliberately changed the first and the last numbers so that i can't find it!. The numbers which where altered showed that it wasn't even a typo. I really feel that i have been treated badly by the dealer by not being honest with me. This is really a fraud, deception and a cheap way to get me fix the car with them. I advise any one not to approach this dealer. You can really diagnose your car with any mechanic journeyman and just access any US based parts websites to search for your part. You don't need to deal with dealers like this. More
HORRIBLE service from the salesperson! Once you give the deposit, good luck getting any help or service. First time ever someone was so unprofessional over the phone and actually compared asking for a diffe deposit, good luck getting any help or service. First time ever someone was so unprofessional over the phone and actually compared asking for a different colour of a vehicle to asking for a "different engagement ring after accepting a marriage proposal from him"!!! What?!?!?!?!? Such a ridiculous thing to say to a customer!?! Apparently $30K at this dealership can`t get the salespeople to even bother looking up if the colour I want is available. Quite overpriced, they tell you they are "losing" money by selling the vehicle, such a lie, because, then they turn around and offer to "split" the remaining profit. They are friendly when you first come in, but after they got my deposit i was a stranger to them and kept getting referred to different people when i had a concern, hence the one star. I hear they have a decent selection of used vehicles, but if the quality of service is any indication, i wouldn't chase a questionable bargain to avoid dealing with unprofessionals like these. Wouldn't recommend to any family or friends. More
