Pleasing, refreshing to deal with well trained professionals Shannon Stunt and Monica Christensen were the sales associate and accessories representative that I had the pleasure of dealing with at St. Albert Dod Shannon Stunt and Monica Christensen were the sales associate and accessories representative that I had the pleasure of dealing with at St. Albert Dodge. I went in there needing some modifications on my vehicle. Shannon was very fourth coming with his extensive knowledge and got me in to see him instantly. He was sincere, fair, gave me multiple options regarding the discussed material and made you feel like your needs were being met and not like he just wanted the sale. Based on his efforts to go the extra distance I will personally be happy to deal with him in the future as well as send him any business I can. Monica whom was working alongside Shannon in the Accessories division also went above and beyond for me. She made a huge effort to call out to find out required answers, she got me the best prices available, and made me feel like I was a valued customer. Monica offered suggestions as well as made herself very approachable and easy to speak with. She also was very prompt on communications and call backs regarding our transactions. I want it to be known that I have done business all over Edmonton as well as St. Albert and this establishment is in a class all on it's own due to the staff and customer relations. Purchase of a Clevrolet Equinox 2013. (Alley & Dianne) We went to view the above vehicle as was advertised for sale, met Barry and later Ravi. The sales process went well with the review of the w.o. that covered several different items that were corrected. After we brought the suv home we noticed that the right rear fender was scraped and the w.o. showed an oil change was required even though Barry assured us it was done. When we showed the defieciencies to Barry and Ravi they took care of the problems asap. New oil and filter change , buff out scrapes and paint touch up with clear coat. Definately a ++++ dealership. New ownership, Scott Held et al Kudos to you all. Thank You More
