Service above and beyond My wife and I have recently purchased 2 vehicles, 1 new 2016 Journey and a 2014 Ram Truck. From the time we walked in to the dealer until the time we drove off the lot our sales rep. David Gibson worked hard to find the proper vehicles for us. We did not have the greatest credit rate due to some personal problems we had years ago but David worked with the finance people to get us approved for the vehicles. We found David to be an up front honest man to deal with and always looking out for our best interests not money in his pocket which was refreshing. They were always on time with what they said they would due, if not ahead of schedule. From the first time we met David he always remembered our names and we felt like we were being treated like people not numbers. We would highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy a vehicle even if you don't know exactly what you want he will help you figure it out. Our salesman Mark was a very pleasant surprise to meet. Right from the start of the dealing process, he made us feel like we had been friends for years. He was so attentive and stayed close in touch with us throughout the entire time everything came together. The finance department was also very friendly to not only deal with, but were just as easy to talk to. They went through all the aspects of the deal in way that we did not feel rushed or just a number. I also just want to mention that we are dealing with the parts department on extras that we want on our Jeep and they too are so friendly and extremely help full in getting the parts and for a good price. I am sure we will get to know them better as time goes by for doing other things to the vehicle. We have purchased several vehicles in our time and this was truly the most friendly and easiest to do.
