Amazing salesman I cannot believe what David Gibson and his team did for me. Im very busy with work and after calling him and telling him what i was looking for, withi I cannot believe what David Gibson and his team did for me. Im very busy with work and after calling him and telling him what i was looking for, within the hour he was at my work site, with the truck he wanted to sell me. He then proceeded to take my vehicle and appraise it and work out a deal for me. Alll i can say is amazing service. Ive never heard of any car salesman doing that, actually coming to you to make the deal work. I truly believe he got me an amazing deal on my new ram. Would reccommend to anyone and will definately be the first person i go to to buy a new vehicle in the future! More

The salesman and sales manager are a joke, bunch of crooks! Went to the dealership and met with Derek Mounzer, was trading my dodge Ram 1500 due to the fact my ex's name was on it and I needed it in my own name Went to the dealership and met with Derek Mounzer, was trading my dodge Ram 1500 due to the fact my ex's name was on it and I needed it in my own name. Explained this all to Derek and told him specifically I wanted the exact same vehicle with all the options of my trade in. He guaranteed me that everything would be the same and foolish me I trusted him. Went in to sign the papers and the truck wasn't on the lot it was in their storage compound. I still trusted him because he told me everything was the same as my truck. I signed all papers and went to pick my truck up the next evening and when I got in the truck it was nothing like the one I traded, at which point I was so angry I was in tears, I told Derek that I wanted my own truck back and he once again told me that he would make everything right! xxxxxxxx, they installed an aftermarket bluetooth system in which the proceeded to glue it onto the dash of a new truck without even consulting me. I contacted the sales manager several times after no satisfaction I contacted Dodge Canada and was told that they spoke to Brandon and he would be calling me. Never heard anything, needless to say I hated the new truck and what was suppose to be a Happy day for me ended in tears. After a month I took to Derrick Dodge and they got me out of the truck and into the truck I wanted. I purchased 3 vehicles from St Albert Dodge and will never step foot in that place again! I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from them. Go to Derrick Dodge at least they take the time to go through every little detail in the vehicle with nothing hidden! More
