Extremely positive purchase experience! This is my 6th new vehicle purchase, but my first North American brand. All my previous purchases have been with the same two dealers and (Teo motorcy This is my 6th new vehicle purchase, but my first North American brand. All my previous purchases have been with the same two dealers and (Teo motorcycles and 4 cars), as such I was used to a certain type of experience. So this purchase I didnt't know what to expect. Daylan handled the sale and he was excellent. Very accommodating and straight forward, I never felt that I was being over promised, or pressured. Everything that was discussed in the sale was followed through with. He communicated very frequently while I waited for the vehicle to arrive, giving me frequent updates about arrival time (truck showed up 2-3 weeks early). He has reached out a number of times since I took delivery to see how I was liking the truck, it was nice to feel like my satisfaction mattered. Vince handled the finance part. He explained all the options available to me and helped me get the very best finance terms he could. I never felt that I was being pressured or misled on things like warranties and other added value packages. I felt that I was able to make an informed decision that was right for me. Overall the experience was excellent and exceeded expectations, I would recommend St Albert Dodge to anyone who was in the market and point them in the direction of Daylan and Vince. Thanks! He was so knowledgeable and demoed almost everything that needed to be shown on the new vehicle. He was always able to answer my many questions. And did all that he could to make the experience a very enjoyable one. Our finance group was Clint and Jay. And the same go for them. They were very helpful and very knowable. Dave made it clear from the jump that he would do what it took to make things work within MY perameters (a story we've all been told before...) turns out he meant it! Very friendly and easy to deal with in a very genuine way. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push anything beyond our financial comfort zone. He worked within what we asked for and made helpful suggestions based on that. All in all great guy to deal with (along with Perry the business manager) and I'd suggest these folks to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Excellent experience. More

Satisfied Buyer The dealership was open and friendly which made me feel comfortable seeing as I was full of apprehension worrying about the "pressure" sales pitches I The dealership was open and friendly which made me feel comfortable seeing as I was full of apprehension worrying about the "pressure" sales pitches I encountered at the competition....but I was prepared! I knew exactly what I could afford and basically what I wanted in a new vehicle. Surprise!! No pressure.... I was welcomed by everyone and my salesman, Rod Elliot, took care of me and my wants in a professional manner from start to finish. He LISTENED to my wants and my expectations. He took time to show me all my options and satisfied my monetary commitment by exceeding my goal. That's taking care of the customer! I highly recommend the dealership for it operational values, its great customer service and their "no hassle" business attitude. Rod Elliott is the finest car salesman I have ever dealt with, and believe me I have bought a few vehicles in my day. That man knows his product line to a tee and he knows the full aspect of getting the customer what they want at the price they want to pay. NO PRESSURE to buy. I am sure servicing the vehicle at the dealership will be just as nice of an experience. These guys are fairly knew at this location but they are well equipped to take care of their customers.
