Better then most car dealerships We had been shopping for over a year for a good used SUV. We were hesitate to go to St. Albert Dodge as that had a very bad reputation. We were surprized how good of an experience we had. The new management has definitely changed things for the better. The salesman we had Dari Mahfouz was pretty good. He was a no pressure salesman, which was really refreshing. He let us test drive the used vehicle that we ended up buying. Easy to deal with when time for the paperwork. The finance person Perry McFarlane was easy to deal until we called him on the fact that in Alberta that we do not pay administration fees on vehicles (as per AMVIC legislation). He was rude and said that he would kill the deal if he had to take that off the price of the SUV. We did end up getting a pretty good deal on the price of the SUV. More

Extremely positive purchase experience! This is my 6th new vehicle purchase, but my first North American brand. All my previous purchases have been with the same two dealers and (Teo motorcy This is my 6th new vehicle purchase, but my first North American brand. All my previous purchases have been with the same two dealers and (Teo motorcycles and 4 cars), as such I was used to a certain type of experience. So this purchase I didnt't know what to expect. Daylan handled the sale and he was excellent. Very accommodating and straight forward, I never felt that I was being over promised, or pressured. Everything that was discussed in the sale was followed through with. He communicated very frequently while I waited for the vehicle to arrive, giving me frequent updates about arrival time (truck showed up 2-3 weeks early). He has reached out a number of times since I took delivery to see how I was liking the truck, it was nice to feel like my satisfaction mattered. Vince handled the finance part. He explained all the options available to me and helped me get the very best finance terms he could. I never felt that I was being pressured or misled on things like warranties and other added value packages. I felt that I was able to make an informed decision that was right for me. Overall the experience was excellent and exceeded expectations, I would recommend St Albert Dodge to anyone who was in the market and point them in the direction of Daylan and Vince. Thanks!
