Quality experience from start to finish I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee 75th anniversary edition for about a month prior to coming into St Albert Dodge. I had been given the run around and had wasted a fair bit of my time. Being a relatively busy person that is the one thing that I do not appreciate wasting. When I first made contact with Daylan Van Hees enquiring about a Cherokee, I made that very clear. I explained to Daylan that I had done my homework and new exactly what it was that I was looking for. Daylan, after checking his inventory came back and told me that they did not have this model on their lot but would check around to see if he could locate one with the the options I was seeking. A day later Daylan called me back to say that he had found one down in Calgary. After some minor negotiations, we had settled on a price and my new Cherokee was going to be delivered. Upon delivery, not only had Daylan been able to deliver on his word of finding me my Jeep, he also did not waste any of my time in doing so. While he was doing his paperwork, I starte This is posting on behalf of my wife Lesley I went with my husband to pick up his new truck from Daylan. While he was doing his paperwork, I started looking around at vehicles and realized I wanted something newer too. I found that the staff were not pushy at all and showed me a couple and listened to what I wanted. I chose a used 2010 Jeep Liberty and they immediately started working on paperwork. this was 7:30pm on a Monday. by 8:30, all financing and work was done and I'd pick it up on Wednesday after they did their spray coatings and stuff. My first experience was awesome. They also set me up with a remote starter and backup camera and scheduled us to have it installed. I dropped the Jeep off and it was installed the day they said. Thank you Daylan and Ravi And Clint for helping me get my new vehicle. This is definitely a well run place and the staff are excellent. More

Complete 180! Recently we decided to trade in our truck for this year's model. Given past experiences, we had decided never to return to to St. Albert Dodge because Recently we decided to trade in our truck for this year's model. Given past experiences, we had decided never to return to to St. Albert Dodge because under previous ownership they had xxxxxx us around pretty badly. However, nine months ago, the new general sales manager, Brandan Hebert, had done a fabulous job helping fix something the old crew had messed up completely. That convinced us to give them one more chance. What a freaking difference. I didn't feel like taking a shower after I left the showroom. Brent Mcrae, our sales rep, was awesome--professional, down-to-earth, zero xx; Brandan took the time to come out of his office for a quick chat; and sales manager Ravi Coomar, one of two holdovers from the previous administration, was his usual exuberant, fun, brilliant self. Finally, Clint, the finance guy, was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. It may sound like I'm being paid to write this but nothing could be further from the truth. I simply feel it's important to support my community's good businesses and I want to acknowledge that St. Albert Dodge has been transformed into a prime example of what a car dealership should be: A place you go to buy and service vehicles, hoping to be treated respectfully and with integrity.
