Very pleased with the purchase of my new Ram Sport! I stopped in at St. Albert Dodge to check out the new 2016 Ram Sports truck. Less than a week later I bought a new truck. I never felt pressured to bu I stopped in at St. Albert Dodge to check out the new 2016 Ram Sports truck. Less than a week later I bought a new truck. I never felt pressured to buy, but the sales rep Mark Ammar was there to help. Mark was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions for him. Mark spent a lot of time finding wheels for me although I hadn't made the commitment yet to buy. I am very pleased with my experience at St. Albert Dodge and the service I received from Mark. New Management with a new attitude. I would normally avoid this dealer due to previous experiences that were far from good. I wandered on to the lot because of an off make used vehicle I would normally avoid this dealer due to previous experiences that were far from good. I wandered on to the lot because of an off make used vehicle I was interested in. I met Dari and learned that I was dealing with a whole new staff and management. I had some very specific needs that Dari Intently listened to. Lets also say I am not the easiest to work with. He stayed with me and never got frustrated with the time it took and the fact that it looked like I wasn't going to buy after all. He also got other staff and management involved to make a selection and make a deal work. I did walk away and shop around. Dari also called me with new options and ideas. I came back. It was a pleasure to work with these people. They all worked hard for me. I felt like a valued customer for the first time in my life. My experience was so good I am considering bringing all my service work to them. I want to see what my first service experience feels like, A great dealership has returned to St. Albert. More

No Integrity dealer Im writing this review for my Dad, Robert. He recently bought a Jeep from this dealership and was treated very poorly. The advertisement in the window said it came with winter tire "package" but after he started the buying process they told him it was a mistake and they wouldn't make any money if they did that. After a while it decided they would give him the tires but not the wheels. The salesman was nice but the manager Shawn was arrogant and greasy. A week later it was $1000 cheaper at two other dealership... When my Dad called they just laughed. More

Good Experience Staff seemed to be very nice and friendly. They seemed very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle itself as well as the financing. I really liked that the finance fellow, Jay, did not try and push any warranty on top of our bill. He was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining our payments and interest. Our salesperson John was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing about the experience that I was unhappy with was picking the vehicle up. I felt the whole process took too long and the dealership knew we were going to come get the vehicle on that day and it had yet to be detailed and the undercoat put on. I had to make a separate appointment for this to get done which was a bit of a hassle with two little kids. More
