I really liked that the finance fellow, Jay, did not try and push any warranty on top of our bill. He was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining our payments and interest. Our salesperson John was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing about the experience that I was unhappy with was picking the vehicle up. I felt the whole process took too long and the dealership knew we were going to come get the vehicle on that day and it had yet to be detailed and the undercoat put on. I had to make a separate appointment for this to get done which was a bit of a hassle with two little kids. More

Quality experience from start to finish I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee 75th anniversary edition for about a month prior to coming into St Albert Dodge. I had been given the run arou I had been looking for a Jeep Cherokee 75th anniversary edition for about a month prior to coming into St Albert Dodge. I had been given the run around and had wasted a fair bit of my time. Being a relatively busy person that is the one thing that I do not appreciate wasting. When I first made contact with Daylan Van Hees enquiring about a Cherokee, I made that very clear. I explained to Daylan that I had done my homework and new exactly what it was that I was looking for. Daylan, after checking his inventory came back and told me that they did not have this model on their lot but would check around to see if he could locate one with the the options I was seeking. A day later Daylan called me back to say that he had found one down in Calgary. After some minor negotiations, we had settled on a price and my new Cherokee was going to be delivered. Upon delivery, not only had Daylan been able to deliver on his word of finding me my Jeep, he also did not waste any of my time in doing so.
