At the time of purchase, I was told that the plan includes a re-application after 10 years from its initial application or after getting 96,000km free of charge; no condition for expiration or expiration date is on the contract. Today I took my car for re-application, and the service department refused it because the dealership sales team leader, Mr. Ihab Al-Sayess wouldn't pay for the service. As I went across the street to discuss with Mr. Al-Sayess, the reasons for refusal were not consistent by changing his statements throughout the discussion. Be extremely cautious with Spinelli CUSTOMIZED programs, make sure the terms and conditions are clearly defined on the contract or they may find all possible reasons not to fulfill their post-sales obligations. So far so good! I have now gone twice for service for my Matrix. Once for a recall and once for my 1st of 4 free oïl changes. Quick, friendly and very efficient servi I have now gone twice for service for my Matrix. Once for a recall and once for my 1st of 4 free oïl changes. Quick, friendly and very efficient service from Bobby who takes the time to answer all your questions. Both the oïl change and recall were completed within the time quoted while I waited in the waiting area. The only think I have to mention is that the free wifi is a bit of a pain to set up but besides that I am so far very happy with Spinelli and their service. More

Was greeted warmly by David and we spoke about the car. Went for a great test drive and liked what I saw. In all honestly I was waiting for a painful experience car shopping but with David (and Annie the F&I manager) it was quite the opposite. Friendly, warm, honest, straight shooters I really appreciated my experience there. Bought the car and am very happy with what I paid. Got a generous amount on my trade in, a very fair price on my Matrix and am very happy. They both really took the time to listen to my needs. I never felt pressured into buying any extra options, they took the time to show me everything. My advice to anyone looking at a new or used car is research! I went to CAA, Edmunds, Car review sites to look at the reliability of the car. Then I went to Canada Black book to get an idea of what my trade in would be, and what the value of the Matrix would be. At anytime if you feel like you are being ripped off, just get up and leave. Again, honestly, I never felt that with David and Annie. Like I told them, I know they are in the business to make money, as long as it is a win/win situation for both of us. I am very happy with my decision. More
This place really has it down. For most of my life, car service has been a pain and an inconvenience, but at Spinelli they make servicing your car one of the least problematic responsibilities of life. Everything from making an appointment to dropping off and picking up runs like clockwork, the shuttle service is superb. They are smart enough to make sure you are always served by the same person so they get to know you and it feels like you're going somewhere where you are important. I have to say Enrico is tops in our book. We have always been more than satisfied with the service and work that is done at Spinelli. I've had 2 Audis and 2 Hondas but I will think Toyota first when it comes time to buy or lease again, because this is the best place to have to come for regular maintenance and if you ever have a problem with your car (which you probably won't). The only thing they could improve upon, in my opinion, is the smiles at the payment counter, people could use a reminder that customer service and friendliness are doubly important when the client is parting with money. More
Bought a brand new Toyota Rav4 2012 end of this past October. First issue was the optional car starter. Second issue, I went to get a car wash yesterday for the first time (no contact wash at the local Ultramar gas station) and I noticed lots of scratches all over the place. On the hood, on the side doors, around the windows. All seem to be on curved edges only, looks like some kind of buffing machine did it. Now I'll have to fight this with them and they'll probably point the finger back at me. More
I left my car in the garage at 7 am for servicing which included oil change, tire replacement and injectors cleaning. The expected cost was 500$. When I came back at 4 pm, not only my car was not ready but included oil change, tire replacement and injectors cleaning. The expected cost was 500$. When I came back at 4 pm, not only my car was not ready but I was informed that the car needed extra work worth 400$. I went to see the manager and asked him why they did not call me at work so I could change the work package so the bill would not be too high. The manager told me that I had to tell them when I left the car to call me if there was any inspection finding. I could not believe what I heard. I delt with many garages before and this is the first time I heard this. That`s what Spinelli Toyota service is all about. More
Worst Service Department I've dealt with. I've had a Toyota for 10 years. You can never speak to a live person, you always get a recording.
