After visiting Spinelli Toyota Pointe Claire, I met with Mathieu Leger 3 times, before I leased my 2021 Corolla Hatchback. Mathieu had the patience of an angel, answering my same questions over and over, go Mathieu Leger 3 times, before I leased my 2021 Corolla Hatchback. Mathieu had the patience of an angel, answering my same questions over and over, going over the costs incurred and what was best deal I could get for my trade-in. I met with him in June, and went back in August twice before making the decision. I can tell you that Mathieu was most courteous, patient and knowledgeable about the car. He compared other models to what I was looking at, so that I could make my decision based on all the different features. Finally, I decided on a 2021 Toyota Corolla Hatchback, upgrade model, and I can tell you that he did everything and then some to make the deal happen. The finance manager Marc and the other manager Bobby were all very helpful and guided me toward the right decision. And Angela, the other manager was nothing but wonderful, understanding and we had many laughs, us both being Italian..LOL All in all my experience was amazing, even though I had doubts, they all put my mind to ease, and when I picked up my car, Mathieu was amazingly helpful in explaining all the incredible features this car offers. (Mathieu, I will need a refresher course...my old brain can only take so much technology) :-) I would highly recommend this group of amazing people to anyone, they are patient and do not put any pressure on the sale.
