When you explain your situation on the onset 4 times & they don't listen. They don't check the notes on my file, do the job completely wrong and it takes the sales managers to get them to fix it. To top it off they made me wait another 2 1/2 hours before fixing it. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Great service at Spinelli Pointe Claire they have provided satisfactory service even under the pandemic situation. I do miss the ride home and the pickup service that they provided but understand that life has changed with Covid 19.I have been a customer since 2004 and it is my 4th Camry. Great car...
