However my last experience at Spinelli on March 24th 2018 was a rude awakening– will never go back and told friends and family not to go to there either. Salesman was very aggressive and didn’t even care that I took the time to come back to Spinelli (the loyalty I showed to Spinelli was definitely not reciprocated). Their loss – bye bye Spinelli bought my new car at a wonderful dealer with lots of upgrades! And their so called customer service didn’t even bother to do a proper follow up – again they don’t care about their customers……I’m sure this is not how Giuseppe Spinelli wanted his customers to be treated. More

In 2014 i leased a sentra i purchased the protection plan and i had issues that was mentioned it will be covered and they wouldnt cover it and they sa In 2014 i leased a sentra i purchased the protection plan and i had issues that was mentioned it will be covered and they wouldnt cover it and they said that protection plan is 3rd party and if i have an issue i should deal with them directly so i lost my money in protection plan 1200 because they have a contract with another 3rd party now. In 2016 i purchased another brand new vehicle from same dealer but they didnt deliver a new car for me they gave me a car that has 1100 km. And gave me papers to sign one document has 10 kms and and another has 500 kms. and the manager was very rude with me the sales man was helpful but the management have very poor service. To save the sale salesman issued for me a cheque for 600 for the milage that was on the car without telling me (1100km) Be very carefull dealing with them they promised me free accessories and it was all charged between the lines in full. Young grads who has no customer service experience are running the show as managers I do not recommend anyone to buy in this place. All season mats was suppose to be given with the car incuded in the promotion ad. Because i purchased 350 dollars tech. Mats i was not given the free ones ! i purchased the rust proof and the extended warranty and winter tires and the the tire locks . and still the manager extremly rude to me I purchased the starter kit the battery was finished in less than 3 months! And i had to be back to change it. I always went to this place to shop for cars but it was much better when the owners use to run it and when i asked to get the contact for owner office they refused to give it to me. Im writing this today because i believe that the 600 dollars they gave me was the price of the milage they put in a new car but not for my bad experience for everything iwent through i still think that the owners worked hard to build this place and they should realy hire the right management to run it as the current ones has no sense of customer service. They will charge you tons of money for services of bull. Guess what they did not do nothing to fix what I asked for. NEVER NEVER COME THERE. I came to pick up the car, the service guy was busy to show off his DJ turn table equipment... which is his night job.. What is joke... More

Great Purchasing Experience It looks like once a year is a standard review for this location, so I figured I'd break tradition. It seems like 2 of the 3 other reviews are base It looks like once a year is a standard review for this location, so I figured I'd break tradition. It seems like 2 of the 3 other reviews are based on service, which I cannot comment on yet, but it was a great purchasing experience, which seems to have changed since the last sales review in 2014. I came to Spinelli Nissan looking to simply test drive a Nissan Rogue and compare it with other crossovers I was looking at. I spoke with Elie A. in new cars and he gave me an excellent bumper-to-bumper run down of the vehicle, answered all my questions about the different trim packages, what they include, and took me on a test drive. I left, test drove some others, and came back to Spinelli, for both the Rogue and the service. I never once felt pressured or rushed and all of my (many) questions were answered and I had my car less than 3 working days after I signed the paperwork. There were a few snags with the financing (of my own doing), but Cynthia in the finance office was great with the communication. From Elie and Jason, my salesman and senior sales rep respectively, to Cynthia in financing and Caroline at delivery, everyone at Spinelli was professional, courteous, great to work with, and very knowledgeable. If you're planning to visit Spinelli Nissan, I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Elie to be sure you get the full scoop on the vehicle you want from an educated salesperson - you'll appreciate it in the long run! Spinelli Nissan service, damaged the bumper, rear sun visor Spinelli Nissan damaged my rear bumper after I had to return my car for a rust on a 2013 Maxima Elite, Rust on the trunk developing on 3 year old car Spinelli Nissan damaged my rear bumper after I had to return my car for a rust on a 2013 Maxima Elite, Rust on the trunk developing on 3 year old car (very disappointed with Nissan) and ordered a rear LED spoiler with a wire harness for the trunk. Also the rear electric sun visor was damaged it was working before I brought it in for service. I have spoken to Jessica Gouneh Service Advisor and escalated to Nathanael Forest General Manager. And they refused to repair the damage they caused on my car which has an extended warranty to 2017 and 2018 on the power train. They were very rude and uninterested, to resolve their the problems. Also Jessica Gouneh Service Advisor told me that noise from power steering was normal on my car. Again she was wrong and there was a oil leak on the power steering, I had to bring it back a third time, she treated me like I second class citizen and rude. I had a loss of use of my Maxima of more than 6 days of going back and forth several times. More
