Bought a vehicle from here in October 2022. By May 2023 I brought it to a shop for a knocking sound. Mechanic said the entire coolant system was ruined by stop-leak goop that had been sprayed in the lines to stop the coolant leak. All lines needed replaced. We brought it to the dealership shop to have it covered under extended warranty. Communication with the service team was abysmal. They would call and leave a message moments before closing. Then we would have to repeatedly call back to get ahold of the service team. After 4 months no repairs had been completed! However they claimed to have found more extensive engine problems that would not be covered under warranty. Disappointed at the lack of communication and not having a vehicle for 4 months we decided to tow the vehicle to a more trustworthy shop. I gave the dealership 3 days notice to have the vehicle ready to tow. They tried to charge me for the "repairs". And when the vehicle got to the other mechanic it was missing the whole engine!! Working with South Town Hyundai has been an absolute nightmare! More
Don’t buy from this dealership! They are a bunch of liars! They’ll hound you till you buy from them then they’ll ignore you afterward! It took some leg work but Jaskaran Sidhu helped me get into the car I wanted with the payments that I could afford. We even looked at other cars they had to compare. I had looked at the same car in a couple other dealerships and I can easily say that no one else put in the same care as he did. He responded quickly to every question I emailed him and truly made me feel like a priority. Plus he was also a dog person so he totally understood my bizarre needs making sure my kennel fit into the hatch. More

Terrible customer services. Very unprofessional - multiple errors on bill of sale, ignoring phone calls / emails regarding issues with vehicle. Awful manufacturer, service department, and dealership group. There are multiple current class-action lawsuits against Hyundai (and Kia - same parent company) Canada for selling defective vehicles. Expect to replace your engine at 120,000 kms for $10,000. The service advisor Jenn is rude, argumentative and does not communicate or act in a timely fashion. We waited five weeks for an answer on a repair. Not for the repair or parts. Just for the answer. Their service department also took the vehicle off site to a third party shop without authorization, and would have left my family stranded for a long weekend. To top that off, the check engine light was on when it was returned (but not when it was dropped off), and they peeled some of the 3M coating. GoAuto will absolutely gouge you on “mandatory” upgrades for new vehicles - dealer prices on 3M & undercoating are more than 2x as expensive than reputable 3rd party shops charge. $7,000+ over sticker price tacked onto the vehicle. GoAuto? Go elsewhere! More
