I recently purhased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. Keith Ross is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He doesn't pressure you at all, let's you take all the time you need to make a decision. Hudson is a great salesman - not to pushy, but (mostly) around when I wanted. I did have to wait a bit as he was splitting his time with other customers but I didn't feel like I was getting neglected. My one concern was that I wanted winter tires before I'd drive it off the lot (375 Hp and rear wheel drive isn't safe in Edmonton in the winter without them) and Tor (Parts) was fantastic. Even got me a slightly lower price on 'better' winter tires (my research completed before purchase) than their brochure deal. Being in a position where I didn't need a car made negotiating FUN (my wife may disagree). I had a price point (very aggressive but, hey, it was December 31st!) and had to walk out before the sales manager agreed. Was afraid that this might have negatively impacted the way they treated me the rest of the time but I continued to get treated very well When working with Jodi on the paperwork I mentioned that my experience hasn't been anything like the list of reviews on this site (<2.0 out of 5.0) She indicated that it is likely due to the change-out of their senior management in Q4 of 2012. I'm hopeful that the excellent service I received continues for others visiting Southtown! More
This was the worst experience I've ever had, as a first time buyer. Tires were sold with my car that they told me were winter tires for my Tucson, when winter came around and I tried to put the tires on th time buyer. Tires were sold with my car that they told me were winter tires for my Tucson, when winter came around and I tried to put the tires on the car, not only was a bolt key for the tires not sold with the car, the tires that were supposedly for the car were completely to small for the vehicle. When I called to explain the situtaion to the sales manager he basically told me that, who ever sold me the car doesn't work there any more and that it wasn't his problem, not only that, it took a good 3-4 months to get someone on the phone, since they kept passing it off saying, so-and-so isn't in, we'll get them to call you back and no body ever did. I told myself that I would never deal with them again, and I told them to stop calling me with "great new deals". Just recently I needed to get new tires put on my car, and my dad told me to use his GO AUTO card and get tires, which I had reservations about but I still went ahead to deal with them. BIG MISTAKE!! As usual, no one was available, they didn't return phone calls EVER, I could never talk to the same person twice, and when I finally did talk to someone in managament, they didn't know what I was talking about because it seems the don't pass memo's of problems. In all it took almost 2 1/2 weeks to get them to finally put the tires on my car. They have the worst customer service i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, very very poor customer relations. They're rude, unprofessional, unappologetic about their terrible behavior and of course I know that they have a buisness to run and at the end of the day they are just trying to make money but it should never be at the expense of a customers faith in a company. I personally will never recommend anyone buy a vehicle or service from this location! More

Watch the fine print. I was overcharged in the thousands. I was promised oil free oil changes without restrictions. There were many restrictions. I have had several warranty issues with my 2009 Santa Fe. Do not believe a word they say. More
This service department redfines the term "service" and NOT in a good way! I bought my Sante Fe there 3 years ago and whle the service was decent in the first year, when Derek Pottle was sti "service" and NOT in a good way! I bought my Sante Fe there 3 years ago and whle the service was decent in the first year, when Derek Pottle was still working there, it has continuously declined in the ensuing years. Each time I go in, it seems that they have new staff there. Not sure why they can't keep their staff but the GM should be looking into that as there is a reason staff comes and goeswith a revolving door frequency. There's obviously a problem there and given the bad reviews on this site, that problem is being transferred to their customers. More
The first time I brought they new Santa Fe in, to get the undercoating I purchased, they put the first scratch in the vehicle. When I brought it back to get fixed, they put two new ones in.
