When I arrived at Southtown to pick up my vehicle, Michael quickly took care of the financial details, and turned me over to Noel, to do the delivery orientation of the vehicle. Noel quickly ran me over to registration, and as soon as we returned my vehicle arrived from the detailing. Noel was extremely personable, explained every feature of the vehicle, helped me set up my Bluetooth, and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend the dealership, and especially Noel, who did such a great job, even though it wasn't even his sale. More
