From Honda to Hyundai. For affordability, quality, customer service, design and warranty; Hyundais have always been my number one choice. Gone are the days were they were al For affordability, quality, customer service, design and warranty; Hyundais have always been my number one choice. Gone are the days were they were always behind the Japanese brands in terms of Quality. Many models now lead their class in design, build quality and affordability. I find it hard to pick another brand when Hyundai offers 0% for 96 months... even for next year's models. This year, I have bought my forth and fifth Hyundai (all from Lewa Seifedinne); and including 3 other buyers who have switched to Hyundai because of my recommendations, brings my total to eight in three years. I remember when I was introduced to Hyundai in 2004. They were just beginning to win awards then. I came from Honda before switching over. I usually upgrade two vehicles every 3-4 years. My experience with dealers is mixed. Stay away from salesmen who refuse to listen to your needs and/or are very disorganized. Phan and Lewa were very professional and they only presented me with what I wanted and logical alternatives. I used Hyundai Canada website's feature of "Build and Price" to come up with a realistic target vehicle which they closely matched. I appreciate how they supported me when I needed their help. Phan even showed up on his rest day just so I can close a deal before Christmas. TIPS: 1. Research, research, research! Decide on the type of vehicle you want and see what the reviews are for multiple brands/models. That way, you know what you are getting from your choice. Hyundai's are not usually the sportiest in their class; good thing that's not too important to me. 2. Use each brand's websites to build your desired vehicle and get a price for what you want Hyundais have always come on top after my comparisons are done 3. I always appreciate their sales events. Base model Hyundais are usually loaded with a lot of features and may be offered at 0% interest. This is a no-brainer for me. Get a great car and use your payments towards the car and not towards getting the banks richer. 4. If you have personal insurance coverage, you most likely won't need additional insurance just for your loan... which will only pay for the balance owed (instead of a lump sum). 5. Black cars look sexy but easily show how dirty they are. White and Grey look cleaner longer. Believe me, I've had 4 black vehicles and 1 Grey. More

negligence galore. I purchased my car here, and it was a close to home, convenient place to bring it to be serviced... DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. They've lost my keys, and in the same key-loosing service, they neglected to even do the service the car was trusted with them for, they had no respect for a persons time, or for their car. More recently, I took a work related trip to Vancouver- On that trip my check engine light came on, so I had the car brought to the nearest Hyundai there; that happened to be North shore Hyundai. They informed me that the check engine light was an 'engine knock trouble code' and that Hyundai had released a bulletin to all dealerships about the GDi engines for a known issue where they are ending up with a carbon build up in the valves that is not being burnt off, eventually this needs to be opened up, soaked and cleaned out.... the reason I mention Hyundai releasing a bulletin is because had south town followed the advice of the bulletin and added the cleaner to my tank at service intervals as instructed (which after all, is why I take my hyundai to a hyundai dealership to be serviced PROPERLY!), this NEVER would have been an issue. Nope, they cut corners and because of that The car was at Northshore overnight so it could soak and be cleaned properly- this buggared up the entire trips timing and spoiled what little faith I had in South town Hyundai. North shore Hyundai in Vancouver was incredibly helpful and went a long way out of their way to make sure I understood what was going on, and even gave me a bit of the cleaner to get me started putting it in the tank periodically to make sure this doesn't happen again. They provided a level of service I would never have gotten at South town, effectively making south town look like a joke of a three ring circus, not a service center to be trusted... I will NEVER be bringing my car back to south town hyundai, and I will be having a conversation with hyundai customer service in regards to their pathetic service. More

Great car buying experience I was in looking for a Hyundai Veloster turbo and dealt with Jordan as my salesman. It is a little daunting to spend the amount of money to buy a new I was in looking for a Hyundai Veloster turbo and dealt with Jordan as my salesman. It is a little daunting to spend the amount of money to buy a new car and make sure it is the true vehicle you truly want but I was impressed by his attitude and knowledge of the car. He made my wife and I feel comfortable and was not pushy at all. He took us for a test drive and I was very happy with the car and the same day we bought it and the next day they were able to locate and hand the vehicle over to me. On pickup day Jordan went through all the features of the car and any other questions we had which was appreciated as I had never owned a car with the amount of features as the Veloster Turbo has equipped. I have already received responses to my emails on the car as well so the post buying experience has also been great. On another note I want to say it was great to deal with the financial side with Lewa as he went over all the options, payment plan etc and was very easy going throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the employess above I dealt with. Thank you More
