Jennifer was patient, answered my questions and when she didn't know the answer, she went looking for it.... huge plus in my books! Jennifer also mentioned that if the car I was looking for wasn't available at southtown, she could arrange a dealer transfer and I could compare the makes side by side. This is a huge time saver!
