As I work in the Home Health Care system it is much easier send messages than it is to talk on the phone. Thru texting and emails we were able to get everything set up and organized. I believe I finally spoke with him when the financing came thru and it was go :) . I live outside Carstairs, so when the day came to go pick up the car, DJ arranged for us to stay the night at the FanastyLand Hotel free of charge as well as a dinner!! Now that is Customer Service!! Other dealerships that I've been to in the past always made me feel like a needed a shower after walking out because of how greasy the sales people can be. Everyone at Southtown in genuinely friendly and warm. I never felt pressured. The nicest part of the experience is the follow up afterwards. Everyone still has an invested interest in ensuring that I am overall happy with the purchase and the staff in the service department are great as well. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
