Prior to the sell it would be a nice thing to know before signing any documents. 2; when dealing with a salesman, I hate when a second one come in the office and put pressure for a sale. I understand it's a practice well used by pretty much everybody in that industry but it's something I have a hard time with. 3; while getting agreed on a price (per month), that price that everybody was agreed with should not changes after you met the financial person. Fabulous Experience during a stressful time. I have been searching for a new vehicle for the past 6 months (very slowly), I truly find the buying a new vehicle quite stressful. I have been to man I have been searching for a new vehicle for the past 6 months (very slowly), I truly find the buying a new vehicle quite stressful. I have been to many dealerships that do the cheesy sit down let's make a deal show with the sales rep going back and forth with a number and then the eventual Manager sitting with me explaining how fabulous the offer is if you buy right now. Jennifer truly took away the experience, she listened to my wants and likes. The first vehicle she brought me had the saddle interior and I thought no way, but she hear that I wanted something classy and sleek and that is what she delivered. There was no high pressure sales, no game playing flashy show she just did what we needed to get us what we wanted. I would highly recommend Southtown Hyundai I just wish they advertised more locally so that I had know more about them earlier into my search. He was able to find a vehicle that met our needs and wishes in an expedient fashion. He returned phone calls promptly and was diligent in following up with us, even calling after we had the vehicle in to get the second key cut and programmed. I enjoyed his easy manner and sense of humor. I would recommend him to others considering purchasing a Hyundai. Genevieve was very efficient and accommodating of our needs as well. More
