She asked a series of questions to find out what vehicle would best meet my needs, and respectfully worked to find me a vehicle within my budget. When I made my final decision she shared in my excitement and was open, attentive, and thorough throughout the decision process. Initially, I was dreading buying a car and/or being pushed into something I did not want or could not afford. Well I can truthfully say I left Southtown with a new vehicle that I am excited to drive and financially comfortable owning. Thanks Jennifer! More

Prior to the sell it would be a nice thing to know before signing any documents. 2; when dealing with a salesman, I hate when a second one come in the office and put pressure for a sale. I understand it's a practice well used by pretty much everybody in that industry but it's something I have a hard time with. 3; while getting agreed on a price (per month), that price that everybody was agreed with should not changes after you met the financial person.
