I also reminded him for the second oil change on my second visit coz I didn’t got any slip for that and he was on his words on that time . But yesterday i called him for the second oil change coz the service department refused for the free oil change but he said he don’t remember for the second oil change . He refused to give me . he was not on his words . I recommend 2 of my friends to buy a car from this dealership and they purchased too . He mAke fake promises to sell the car. More

Stephanie and Charity are the best Without getting into to much detail I had some minor damage to my new car that was to be fixed through insurance. After getting the go ahead to get Southtown to fix the problems I booked the car in. Apparently my useless insurance company made Chasity and Stephanie’s morning a living xxxx. So sorry ladies, can’t say that enough. After finally getting approval for the repairs around noon , it became apparent that the car would not be ready for me that night. Or so I thought until Stephanie made a phone call and had a second person work on it. Fantastic service. Hope to deal with them for many years to come. More
