After getting the go ahead to get Southtown to fix the problems I booked the car in. Apparently my useless insurance company made Chasity and Stephanie’s morning a living xxxx. So sorry ladies, can’t say that enough. After finally getting approval for the repairs around noon , it became apparent that the car would not be ready for me that night. Or so I thought until Stephanie made a phone call and had a second person work on it. Fantastic service. Hope to deal with them for many years to come. More

He asked really great questions to figure out our needs, was upfront about pricing and most importantly not pushy! Our decision wasn't one that was made in one visit as we did our homework first. On our second visit we did have another salesperson help us as Jack was unavailable, which wasn't as positive as an experience. In the end it was Jack's professionalism and Hyundai's warranty that got the sale. We are so happy with our purchase and thrilled to have had such an exceptional sales experience. I was able to complete the buying process in one day, thanks to the work of Vladimir Radzivil in finance. The only drawback was the lengthy process in finance. The car was ready and waiting for me when I returned with my registration. More
