We didn't feel pressured to take all the back-office add-ons which overall make the vehicle more costly that it should be. Kyle go hold of us after the sale to see that everything was going ok. Tarah in Finance was especially helpful in understanding the numbers and she was very easy to talk to. The staff made time for the customer and readily answered any questions I had, also they made any and all efforts when some thing was asked of me. My experience with Southtown Hyundai was especially painless, which is very much appreciated! I am more than happy with my new purchase, which was a vehicle from another dealership (Show room model at that) how ever the team did what they had to to make it happen. I would highly recommend these guys based solely on how they approached customer service, I can’t express how helpful they were and how much effort they put in. They work very hard for the customer and it’s nice to see that. More

He was easy to talk to and worked hard to get what we wanted. He was quick to notify us when the first vehicle arrived in Edmonton, and helped us get the vehicle with the right trim line and color, all before my 50th birthday, as promised! All the staff members from reception to finance were friendly and patience as they worked through the whole process without the pressure of sales or the confusion of paperwork. It was my most pleasant car sale experience, if there is such a thing!? More
Why make an appointment First time taking car to this dealership. Booked a Friday appointment for 10am. I was told the car would not be ready until 2 pm? Priority will be given to those waiting at the dealership. This seems unfair. Why make an appointment? I only went in for an oil change. I expected to wait only an hour or two at the very most. So if I choose not to wait in the dealership I need to wait for half a day? I had hoped the service would have exceeded my expectations as most reviews were excellent. Not sure if I will return. More

Purchasing made easy I was looking for a used vehicle, something fuel efficient and in my price range.
