Priority will be given to those waiting at the dealership. This seems unfair. Why make an appointment? I only went in for an oil change. I expected to wait only an hour or two at the very most. So if I choose not to wait in the dealership I need to wait for half a day? I had hoped the service would have exceeded my expectations as most reviews were excellent. Not sure if I will return.
