The staff made time for the customer and readily answered any questions I had, also they made any and all efforts when some thing was asked of me. My experience with Southtown Hyundai was especially painless, which is very much appreciated! I am more than happy with my new purchase, which was a vehicle from another dealership (Show room model at that) how ever the team did what they had to to make it happen. I would highly recommend these guys based solely on how they approached customer service, I can’t express how helpful they were and how much effort they put in. Why make an appointment First time taking car to this dealership. Booked a Friday appointment for 10am. I was told the car would not be ready until 2 pm? Priority will be given to those waiting at the dealership. This seems unfair. Why make an appointment? I only went in for an oil change. I expected to wait only an hour or two at the very most. So if I choose not to wait in the dealership I need to wait for half a day? I had hoped the service would have exceeded my expectations as most reviews were excellent. Not sure if I will return.
