All the staff members from reception to finance were friendly and patience as they worked through the whole process without the pressure of sales or the confusion of paperwork. So if I choose not to wait in the dealership I need to wait for half a day? I had hoped the service would have exceeded my expectations as most reviews were excellent. Not sure if I will return. Jacob Smith, Vladimir Radzivil and specially Paul McKenzie, what an absolute team of legends, specially Paul, although he doesn't work on commission he stayed at work till 10 pm to help us buy a Santa Fe. He went the extra hundred miles to help us, and he did do. I can say without him we might have given up and thought we'd not be able to buy a new car at a great price.
