I am more than happy with my new purchase, which was a vehicle from another dealership (Show room model at that) how ever the team did what they had to to make it happen. Why make an appointment First time taking car to this dealership. Booked a Friday appointment for 10am. I was told the car would not be ready until 2 pm? Priority will be given to those waiting at the dealership. This seems unfair. Why make an appointment? I only went in for an oil change. I expected to wait only an hour or two at the very most. So if I choose not to wait in the dealership I need to wait for half a day? I had hoped the service would have exceeded my expectations as most reviews were excellent. Not sure if I will return.
