100% satisfaction is the ONLY answer!! We came in the first visit looking for a used but good vehicle. We have 3 kids who are VERY active and we are on the go 24/7. Me, having a Durango in the past, wasn't wanting to settle for anything else. I WANTED A DURANGO! BUT....sadly the 1st time we went in wasn't successful because of an issue on our end. SO, we weren't able to do anything until we fixed what needed to be done. So after we did that...we went back. Even more desperate than the first time. At first it was looking like a Hyundai Santa Fe was what we were going to have to settle for. But Paul knowing what I really wanted knew that we weren't going to be happy unless we had a Durango. At one point we were going to throw the towel in and just say screw it and stick to what we originally went there to trade in but Paul and Peggy and Jonathan weren't having any of it! So eventually, after searching for us and not stopping until one was found and going OVER AND BEYOND in the finance department as well (and I mean working around the clock for us)........ I can't even begin to express or find the correct words for the term bending over backwards for your customers! The service that we received from those three and the dedication that they put in to the end result ........all I can say is we left VERY satisfied customers! I still can't get this grin off my face! I've NEVER had anyone work so hard and put in so much time and dedication just so we could be HAPPY......IM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS YOU GUYS!! You 3 have made me one happy woman and lifted SO MUCH stress off my back....you don't even realize it!! You have improved our lives SO MUCH and not only that......now i can ACTUALLY HONESTLY say that I now feel SAFE driving my kids places in our vehicle. I would recommend, hands down, no questions asked, no second thoughts... I recommend you guys as my first choice for any dealership in the city! This is a dealership where the employees actually work for customer satisfaction instead of a paycheck. And for that I thank you. You guys are awesome! More

Along with Derek, the other salesman are just as friendly and happy to help. Chasity (Service): I’ve always leave with peace of mind after dealing with Chasity. All in all the service team is great! Haneef (Finance): His honest service with knowledge of the necessities made signing a walk in the park. Jonathan (GM): Jon has always treated me with respect and shown me nothing but honesty. 2010 Mini Clubman Hi Justin I hope your holiday went well. I picked up my Mini Clubman from Josh. He stated to call him if I have any issues. I have left 3 messages for him and he hasn't called me back, so I need to go through you. Josh strongly assured me there were no leaks even though I could still smell oil. So, again I took the car to the oil change people who could smell the oil burning as well, so they discovered a leaking transaxle seal on the front right. As well earlier in the day I took the 4 summer tires and rims that came with the car,(again everyone stated the tires were in great condition, however at the Fountain tire in Spruce Grove they pointed out 2 of the "run flat tires" were already flat and one of the rims was cracked in half, so I had to buy 2 run flat tires and a rim. And still, the original key fob does not work. I am very disappointed that your dealership refuses to contact me to deal with this. Edmonton Mini is currently completing the repairs and if your senior management people still refuse to contact and work with me on this, I will need to contact legal counsel and AMVIC etc. Please advise your managers of this text. Car dealerships have all chosen to do business in a way that is expeditious and beneficial to them and therefore at the expense of the customer. So, finding a salesperson like Vladimir who has integrity and ethics is very important. He is a very knowledgeable salesperson whose knowledge extends to understanding that management’s prescribed tactics and pressure are quite often a deterrent rather than a tool. He, like all successful and effective people, works with you to provide you with a solution to your wants and needs rather than merely trying to sell you something or anything. I wish I had met Vladimir at the beginning of my car search; it would have been a much more pleasant experience if I had. More

The customer is always wrong I cannot emphasize to you Sean how incredibly disappointed I am in the lack of consideration of my time. The impression I am getting is not a good one of Southtown. I've been dealing with 7 or more different people all with the intention of convincing me I'm getting the best deal possible. I'm looking at the big picture...the future if I need support when I need it. What I've experienced is an organization that isn't prepared to help me because of a lack of personnel and/or planning ahead. The customer waiting and waiting is given time to reflect on the commitment of all the players. I'm simply not comfortable going ahead with a company whose lack of communication, telling me I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill, and not taking no for an answer is an indication of future dealings. Poor Customer Service-not acceptable-March 5/2019 Had sent two emails to advise daughter wanted to view vehicle and make sure it was ready-acknowledged as read. Daughter texted to confirm as she had to drive in from out of town. Also left message on phone. Arrived at dealership on time and as planned. Could not find vehicle, could not find salesman -.was not responding to intercom message. Daughter waited for 45 minutes. No one else came to help or show any interest. Dealership did not appear to be busy. She talked to receptionist who was rude and showed no interest in helping. Daughter left in disgust and went to another GoAato dealership which was not much better. I complained to HO via text message about service on THREE DIFFERENT TIMES-yet to receive any response from their Head Office. What a way to treat an existing customer whose family and business has dealt with GoAuto for many years. Finally purchased a nice vehicle at a non-GoAuto Dealership-Northgate GM who treated us well and will be getting ALL of our future dealership. More
