Brent exceeded my expectations as a salesman and worked hard to fight for the deal I wanted, and made me feel safe going through with my investment. My daughter and I love my new truck, and I'd do business again with him in a heartbeat. Also a big thanks to Sharise in the finance department helping keep me happy and staying within all aspects of my budget. Thank you southtown hyundai! More
Above and Beyond So car shopping can be very intimidating and worrisome. My past experience at a previous dealership left a sour taste in my mouth. So needless to say So car shopping can be very intimidating and worrisome. My past experience at a previous dealership left a sour taste in my mouth. So needless to say I hesitated reaching out when I found a car that I was interested in over at South Towne Hyundai. I originally started my search online and was met immediately with a response by Paul Mackenzie. I was at the dealership the following day. Paul graciously met me on his day off and to me that is above and beyond. Nothing was pushy, all my questions were answered and he made me feel there wasn’t a buyer Vs. Dealership relationship but rather than him being there for me and my best interest as a single mother/purchaser. I put in an offer on a vehicle but went home that evening with hmm not buyers remorse but possibly anxiety. Paul again responded to any and all of my emails regarding my pull back on the offer even when not at work. Thank you Paul! The following day he sat with me and let me lead the way finding something that best suited for my family (again) - buying a new car is so hard. Found my car!! My heart was 110% in and off to finance I went. Next I met Sharise Doolaege. Another very personal, relaxed atmosphere. She was very informative and very willing to explain everything slowly and also held so much patience (even when I came in with my two younger children and sat in her office for a couple hours). Sharise also met my wants and needs, again not Buyer Vs. Dealership. Thank you Sharise for setting me up with the extras. I can empathize with the frustration she probably deals with on the financial side. Big thanks to Peggy for also assisting in the process of the financial side (she was the one who called to deliver me the good news). To the other staff who I never even directly dealt with, thank you for always greeting me as I walked through the door. Always with “how are you’d, can I help you, have you been helped” and smiles. Reception/administration was always friendly and cheerful on the phone. I have never had such a wonderful “buying” experience not only from a dealership but just in general. I walked away feeling I made new friends. I’ve often had my previous car into random places for oil changes, tunes ups were done not at one specific shop rather than random places as well. I am actually disappointed that I had never taken my Hyundai to South Towne before for maintenance and oil. I look forward to only ever coming in with my new vehicle to South Towne Hyundai. Thanks team for being so professional yet personal and more than efficient and accommodating. This was truly an above and beyond experience and my children and I are so very happy with our Hyundai Tucson. The happiest customer! Andrea To More

No phone call to appologize for a major error. The service department did an oil change on my 2017 Tucson and forgot to tighten the oil cap. 3 weeks later my engine siezed while driving on the high The service department did an oil change on my 2017 Tucson and forgot to tighten the oil cap. 3 weeks later my engine siezed while driving on the highway, very scary and dangerous to say the least. I have yet to recieve a phone call from the general manager and they are trying to just fix my motor instead of replacing it. More
Wrecked my car - 2017 Tuscon - NO Apology. They are acting like they are doing me a big favor by fixing my car when their negligence broke it. Seized motor due to oil cap left off after oil change......car completely died while driving on a two lane busy highway in Northern Alberta., almost got rear ended by a semi-truck and trailer.I bought a new car so that I would be able to travel safely. They are not even replacing the motor they are just trying to get away with fixing the one that is broken. I am Furious. Civil action will most likely have to take place in order to rectify this. More

Audi was super quick getting back to me, thank you so much for everything! Came up out of town, to trade in my vehicle and got to test drive the one I wanted.
