No phone call to appologize for a major error. The service department did an oil change on my 2017 Tucson and forgot to tighten the oil cap. 3 weeks later my engine siezed while driving on the high The service department did an oil change on my 2017 Tucson and forgot to tighten the oil cap. 3 weeks later my engine siezed while driving on the highway, very scary and dangerous to say the least. I have yet to recieve a phone call from the general manager and they are trying to just fix my motor instead of replacing it. More

Seized motor due to oil cap left off after oil change......car completely died while driving on a two lane busy highway in Northern Alberta., almost got rear ended by a semi-truck and trailer.I bought a new car so that I would be able to travel safely. They are not even replacing the motor they are just trying to get away with fixing the one that is broken. I am Furious. Civil action will most likely have to take place in order to rectify this. More

Great new family car; customer service above and beyond! My wife and I were starting to look seriously for a replacement vehicle for our aging minivan when we visited Southtown Hyundai. Paul took care of us, My wife and I were starting to look seriously for a replacement vehicle for our aging minivan when we visited Southtown Hyundai. Paul took care of us, listened and actually heard our needs. We left the first time without a vehicle. But Paul kept working for us! A few days later, he called us back and said that he had found a vehicle in our price range that met our needs. It is fantastic! The entire process of buying the vehicle was transparent and easy. No hidden fees, no surprises, just employees that clearly truly care and get satisfaction out of finding vehicles for clients that will serve them well. Paul insisted on being the one to hand over the keys and even stayed 2 hours late on his shift when we had to delay the final pick-up of the car. Ana took care of the financial aspects of the deal and was also excellent; clearly explaining the transaction, personably, respectfully and without jargon. Overall, we received outstanding customer service. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Southtown Hyundai, and Paul as a sales person in particular, to anyone looking to get a new vehicle! More
