Paul took care of us, listened and actually heard our needs. We left the first time without a vehicle. But Paul kept working for us! A few days later, he called us back and said that he had found a vehicle in our price range that met our needs. It is fantastic! The entire process of buying the vehicle was transparent and easy. No hidden fees, no surprises, just employees that clearly truly care and get satisfaction out of finding vehicles for clients that will serve them well. Paul insisted on being the one to hand over the keys and even stayed 2 hours late on his shift when we had to delay the final pick-up of the car.
