Highly recommend Collette Cullen. Collette doesn't mess around, i it exactly what i was paying for and when an issue came up she was on it in a flash even though it wasn't even her pro Collette doesn't mess around, i it exactly what i was paying for and when an issue came up she was on it in a flash even though it wasn't even her problem to deal with. Frustrating and insulting The negotiation tactics of this dealership were insulting. They continually tried manipulating numbers to confuse and lure me to agree to pay a higher The negotiation tactics of this dealership were insulting. They continually tried manipulating numbers to confuse and lure me to agree to pay a higher price than agreed on. They ignored me when they thought they had a sale with someone else at a higher price and only came back to me when each of the other potential deals fell through...in the end, at the last hour of the evening the Chrysler incentive program was to end. Even after this, they tried "slipping in" an extra $1000 on the price of the overall deal. These tactics are decieptful and this dealership should be ashamed of their underhandedness. I will never return and never recommend anyone to go here. The only reputable person there is Shane in the delivery department, he was great to work with. More

Worst experiences ever My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Southtown in the last 4 years. I have never had worse service than in the last 2 years! When I picked My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Southtown in the last 4 years. I have never had worse service than in the last 2 years! When I picked up my brand new 2015 jeep grande Cherokee the front bumper was damaged, it took 3 weeks to fix, I had a tow package installed, after picking it up found that the service department damaged my back bumper with what I can only assume was a screwdriver, multiple calls to management with no solution, contacted the happy to help line before finally they fixed the vehicle and offered to install command start. After the command start was installed the dash came apart and when I took it to them to fix they accused me of pulling it apart and trying to tape it, again multiple calls to management and another call to the happy to help line before getting a response that the part was ordered and the repair would be completed at no cost to me the next week. 3 weeks later and still no call to book this in. And the portion of my dash is my air bag. This company has no concern for their clients needs or safety. I will never shop there again! Nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy! More
