BE WARNED I needed a more reliable 7-8 seater as I have 3 young children and the salesman did seem to be genuine. The time it took to do the paperwork with 3 ba I needed a more reliable 7-8 seater as I have 3 young children and the salesman did seem to be genuine. The time it took to do the paperwork with 3 babies 3 and under was awful experience 830am to 12pm (they knew day before I was coming) I rushed into signing the papers bc my babies were screaming by the time it got to that point. The Finance person was not understanding my wishes to have it done quickly spent so much time on extras that were "required" to be added. But bc of all the extras tried to raise my biweekly payments by almost $140 which I never agreed too at the beginning. Only got it down to $90 more an hour later. I never seen the final numbers until 11:45 PM and by looking at all the numbers added in if I was by myself I wouldn't of been in this position I am now by signing. Not to mention being told a different bank was loaning me money then I imagined and interest rate was not the same as I was told either. Worst part I would say is afterwards getting my vehicle and having a problem with it within the week I received it, I came into the dealership as I refused to pay for anything this should not be happening to a vehicle I just purchased. I was shocked by the response of the "big man" in the office coming back with "its not our problem you signed the papers and purchased a "used" vehicle". I was so emotionally upset inside with the response I got. I said give me my old vehicle back then it had no problems. They said they can't do that bc all the paperwork done. Then agreed to pay 50% of the service charge if it wasn't covered under warranty. Luckily I got the extended warranty in the "extras" $800 driveshaft repair job I would of had to pay. I would say they need start listening to there customer reviews as they are very poor with customer service I just wish I investigated more before I went to them. from the Financial Manager to the Manager and the Managers "head man" I was not treated as a customer who was appreciated bc you know what I signed the papers and I got a "used vehicle" . Seemed like great group people until I did the purchase then I was a nobody to them. Service lady rude, service man was ok and the service forman was great! Other than that I will not be doing future business here! More

They will have you sign blank forms, tell you things are included in all of the packages that you buy and do not disclose that each of them costs extra money on top of the initial package cost. After we emailed the finance person and the GM of the dealership with no responses. I think that this means the GM encourages this type of sales practice and is to slimy to even return the emails or calls. When we finally got the packages cancelled with the insurance company and Chrysler Canada they both were not surprised when we told them the dealerships name as it seems this has happened before with them. Stay away as far as you can and would even go to say stay away from any Go Auto dealership. More
Fraudulently misrepresent contract They sold us $1500 worth of extras and told us that it was included in the price. We specifically told her repeatedly that we didn’t want any package They sold us $1500 worth of extras and told us that it was included in the price. We specifically told her repeatedly that we didn’t want any package deals as this is a waste of money. She managed to sneak in a $1500 tire and rim warranty. She did her sales pitch for over two hours, it sounded exactly like a timeshare pitch. When we asked her to stop, she said that it was the law for her to explain our options. Having two small children screaming and crying, constantly walking out of the room, we were more than ready to leave when we signed the papers. She was very fast on this part. It wasn’t until two months later, that we realized this happened to us. The manager we spoke with, was unwilling to help. He openly admitted that he deals with AMVIC (a consumer advocacy group) on a daily basis. I have no idea how this business could’ve got such a high rating. We would’ve never gone. The finance manager that we dealt witH was named Khrystal. If you see her, watch out for this. She is shady and unscrupulous. When she goes to get you to sign the papers, Watch very closely that she hasn’t added in any extras. We are in the process of making a formal complaint with the consumer advocacy group. More

Told them i wanted a 7 seater vehicle had a journey in mind told the sales guy he said it was only a 5 seater (found out after it was too late it was in fact a 7 seater with the 3rd row) so i was sold a jeep patriot. I like the patriots so fine i will take it. Get to the dealership to sign the finance papers, sitting in the finance office and the guy starts going over the "lease" um excuse me? I wasnt told that! So I got a big huge spiel about how with my credit my co-signers credit we had to do a lease blah blah blah, fine whatever I'm upset I wasn't told before I drove 2.5 hours there. Go and pick up my vehicle June 4th 2019 everything seems fine. They're mechanic inspections at everything was 100%. June 5th first thing in the morning my brakes start squealing. Call the dealership they said they'll look into it and get back to me on what they can do. Try getting a hold of them for 3 weeks keep getting told someone will call me back nobody ever calls me back. Finally after 3 weeks I get mad over no customer service they finally message me back saying they can't do anything about it. So my breaks are squealing less then 24 hours after purchase and they won't even look at them!!! STAY AWAY!!! NO COMMUNICATION OR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!! ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR VEHICLE THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU!!!!! More
Was excited for my 1st Vehicle Was super excited when I went to buy my 1st Vehicle. It's taken me 6 months to write a review but these things beed to be said. Approximately 28 day Was super excited when I went to buy my 1st Vehicle. It's taken me 6 months to write a review but these things beed to be said. Approximately 28 days after I bought my 2016 Dodge Journey I went out to start it and it was dead. After getting it back to the dealership I was assured NOTHING was wrong with it. Long story short after 3 more times of it not starting. I took it to ANOTHER dealership where they found a DEFECTIVE battery. The other dealership happily fixed it. As someone who is fighting Cancer driving a vehicle like that with my 9 year old son is ridiculous. I was sent home with ONE piece of paperwork. I got my vehicle on December 17th . I received my Paperwork on June 14th. After I asked for it. When I bought my car I told the dealership Winter Tires were a non negotiable. What did I get - ALL SEASONS. So I had to spend more money to get SAFE tires. I was lead to believe I had additional services yet when I called I was told that I did NOT! If I could leave no stars I would. I feel this dealership is dishonest and once the ink is signed they will deflect ANY responsibility. Tanya Lafontaine More
Worst dealership We bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and a day before we owned it a month the left rear airbag popped while me, my week old newborn, my 4yr We bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and a day before we owned it a month the left rear airbag popped while me, my week old newborn, my 4yr old and my boyfriend were driving on Whitemud. It made us loose control and almost crash into the people next to us. We called them profusely as they wouldn’t get back to us & finally they offered to fix it & give us a loaner vehicle in the meantime. Two days later they called us and said they weren’t going to fix it and the total cost to fix it would be more than 2000$ for the cost of the air bag and an air line to be fixed. After writing horrible reviews of them on the internet on more than one internet source they called us & had decided to fix it for free of charge. I still would not recommend them but I am happy that they finally fixed it after selling us an unreliable vehicle. More

Bought my car at the end of the March so they were very busy and seemed to rush. Two days after purchase called to get sales agreement the finance person advised he mailed it out, waited never received anything. 3 weeks later I called them again and the receptionist said she had a piece of mail there for me that was returned, no one ever contacted me I had to contact them. Went in on my lunch break to get this and found they set up my contract under the wrong address also added a tire and rim warranty for $1200. went right in an spoke with the finance rep he said he would get it fixed and call me back on the Monday (was in on April 25th) waited till the Tuesday April 30th and called finance back he said they were really busy (as end of the month so understandable) but he would talk to his manager and get back to me by the Thursday. May 2nd no contact yet again made. I then on May 9th emailed finance several times to just be ignored and not contacted back and currently have my contract under the wrong address and out $1200. After writing a review on google fianlly had Finance manager call me said he was going to follow up with rep and call me back. This was a week and half ago now it is may 22 2019 and have never recieved any contact back from this dealership. I had a similar issue with a ford dealership also on a tire and rim warrenty that was added and they had it removed and credited back to me as it was still in the cool off time. Southtown made sure to not get me my infomation so they could scam their customers. More

They had new vehicles mixed in with customers vehicles on the service side and it was impossible to know what was actually for sale. We went in on a customer appreciation weekend and as soon as we walked into the dealership it screamed scammy to me. It was dirty and unpleasant inside. Had we had a good sales man, i likely wouldnt have cared as much about that stuff but we had the worst sales man ive ever encountered, and the fact that the dealership allows the kind of behaviour thst this guy displayed, speaks to who they are as a dealership overall. Our salesman was AARON BOUVIER . I wouldn't say that he wasnt a nice person but he was incredibly obnoxious. My husband and i are a young couple and dont get me wrong, we swear and dont get offended by much, but literally every second word was the f word. The first 10 times I laughed and brushed it off but then it became uncomfortable when he continued. Then one of his coworkers beside him said something and when he walked away, Aaron called him a "xxxxing xxxxxx who has adhd and goes crazy when he doesnt take his meds." Shortly after, my husband pointed to another one of the salesmans who he thought he recognized and Aaron looked and said "oh that fat xxxx?" I wouldnt even say those things outside of work, let alone AT MY JOB. Completely unprofessional. Then Aaron asked us what kind of truck we wanted and what we absolutely did not want in a truck. We told him what we wanted and didnt want (we wanted a used ram, with an actual console in the middle, NOT a folding seat in the middle). We didn't think we were asking for much, its not like we were being incredibly picky. The first truck he showed us was brand new, was plain jane inside, with folding seat in middle. Complete opposite of what we asked for. We told him we didnt that but he told us we would love it and insisted we test drive it so we did. After this, we looked at one truck that we liked but had a huge dent in the back so we asked him if there wasnt anything comparable he could show us and his answer was "we have whatevers out there." Between the disaster of a parking lot and having several ram trucks, we werent going to look at every single truck and thats literally his job to show us what's available... finally he says he had found a truck he thinks we will like but said "this will be the last truck im showing you". If we are spending $35k plus on a truck, we should be able to look at more than 3 trucks. He showed us the truck he thought wed like, and from what we could see, we did like it, but the keys were "locked in service for the weekend" so we couldn't test drive it. We did like the truck so we told him that we would come back on monday when wed be able to test drive it and we apologized for wasting his time. He proceeded to argue with me about why we should just sign a contract on it "subject to test drive" and thst it would be checked by a mechnic, so "we shouldnt worry about that". After telling him no sorry we would like to test drive it first, he got pouty and rude and said "its okay, ive had people waste my time before but most of my customers arent as picky as you". We only looked at 3 trucks! Because of this guy, i will never return to this dealership. More
They always find a way to get out of warranty coverage. Sliding door mechanism was jammed and I wasn't able to open the door. Still under warranty but they claimed it was the dirt bunging up the door. Class Sliding door mechanism was jammed and I wasn't able to open the door.
