I have had great service and customer knowledge from the staff in the service area. I have dealt with CHRIS and Lindley for many years. Both of which have been honest and kept us totally informed about bot staff in the service area. I have dealt with CHRIS and Lindley for many years. Both of which have been honest and kept us totally informed about both my 2017 Ram and my wives 2012 Journey. They have of kept us informed of our vehicle progress and what to expect. The vehicle is finished when promised. I take all service to South Town because of knowledgeable and friendly and i feel confidant that work well be done right. More

Before they selling the 2019 dodge caravan sxt 35 anniversary model fully loaded with navigation and heated seat afet I bought it when I check there is no navigation and heated seat and bring it back to them ,the sales person accepting his fault but sales person and manager they don't want to change the van,they asking to take other new van my price goes up, whatever they promise and showed me they didn't give to me ,that means they are cheated and fraud on me,plz I recommended don't go for shopping or don't trust them. Horrible! Bought a jeep from them a couple years ago. Had paint issues that they wouldnt take responsibility for. Then try and get a hitch put on a different vehicle and they tried to up the price over $300, paint issues that they wouldnt take responsibility for. Love go auto and been with them for many years but this dealership I've had nothing but issues with. More
I inquired on a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited that was ADVERTISED for $19. First I was informed by the sales person Alexander that they will not honour that price. (I am reasonable to understand it was a typo). They said they are committed to giving me best price to earn the business (all dealerships say this). About 5 days ago, Alex phoned and texted me saying he found what he believes was the perfect truck for me. I was very excited and curious! But he never sent me any information on it. And when I followed up on Friday, still nothing because he was “super busy” at the dealership but will get back to me as soon as possible. Now two days later, he reached out to me to see how things are going and I reminded him that I haven’t seen this amazing truck that he felt matched my spec. Then he said it was the mis-priced $19 used truck (it was classified as new but has 1500km on it) ! Lol. Okay so fine. But then nothing comes through with any offer for me to consider and when I followed up 3.5 hours later- he said he apologized because it was a busy day. But here is what I learned Go Dodge / southtown Chrysler is about : 1. No integrity - they mislead you with fake pricing they have no desire to honour 2. Sales people make commitments they can’t honour. (Three times in this example) 3. Internet sales are secondary (makes sense if you are in the dealership you should be attended to) 4. The staff page isn’t updated. I like to see who I am considering doing business with. Lots of opportunity to improve. Maybe my experience was just an anomaly. Ultimately with a bunch of teasing and broken promises I lost confidence in Southtown Chrysler. More
They don't take cash. This place is unbelievable. Went in to buy a used car, agreed to pay advertised price. I was told they don't take cash. I would have to finance over two years. I also would have to borrow more money than the price of the car at an interest rate higher than my line of credit. My wife and I left feeling terrible, without a car. It's an odd way to run a business. More
This is the worst dealership, specifically service department. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY JUST WANT MONEY. Miriam was my service adviser and she was rude and disrespectful. I got the run around for week a department. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY JUST WANT MONEY. Miriam was my service adviser and she was rude and disrespectful. I got the run around for week and did not have a vehicle because of them. They do not care about their customers. They just want money. My vehicle was under warranty the first time I brought it in and they DID not fix the issue. So I had to once again bring it back and unfortunate then it wasn’t under warranty. They did EVERYTHING they could to get out of paying for it. They were awful. I will never recommend this place OR my service advisor to ANYONE. I would rather go ANYWHERE else. My experience was so bad. I am upset and I will never be returning. They deserve 0 stars. More
I had an awful experience dealing with this dealership. I am in Calgary and purchased a vehicle from this dealership that was delivered to me. I specifically asked if the vehicle had any scratches whatsoever am in Calgary and purchased a vehicle from this dealership that was delivered to me. I specifically asked if the vehicle had any scratches whatsoever and the condition of the headliner. The salesman explicitly stated that the vehicle was in "immaculate condition" and did not have a single scratch. He also said that the headliner was in immaculate condition. The vehicle was supposed to arrive before 6pm, but did not show up until after 9pm due to a snowstorm, which is understandable; however, once I cleaned the vehicle, there were three deep gauges from the bumper from the previous owner dragging something out of the back of the SUV. There were also 2 cigarette burns in the roof lining. When I spoke with a manager, Mr. Arabe, about this, he said if I wanted a vehicle that was in immaculate condition, I should not have bought a used vehicle. He said that they weren't willing to take the vehicle back or help with any costs to repair the damage. I should have known when I agreed to pay the asking price of the vehicle and they increased the asking price, simply saying that the salesman must have mis-posted the price of the vehicle. This whole car buying experience was terrible and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
