What was promised was delivered. When it came to Aaron Glena there was no BS and the typical run around common with most car salesmen. Raman in finance was easy to work with and he never pressured me to buy. Danielle in the service department was very accommodating. I having nothing but good things to say about this car buying experience and I think I'm now a lifelong customer of southside Mitsubishi. Anyone who has had a bad car buying experience somewhere else should try dealing with Aaron Glena at southside Mitsubishi, he truly is great and genuine at what he does. More

incredibly rude and overpriced Im writing this in response to the way my parents and i were treated at the dealership recently. Went in to look at a used escalade on their lot. Turn Im writing this in response to the way my parents and i were treated at the dealership recently. Went in to look at a used escalade on their lot. Turns out it was in an accident which they disclosed but once the repaired title is on a vehicle that diminishes its value. We made a fair offer on the vehicle which looking back on now im glad they turned down, it way way more that the fair market value for a 2013 escalade that was heavily damaged and repaired. Here it gets good, their used car manager aaron decided to call mack later on and a few times to mow accept what we had offered once he realized that he made a mistake. We had already moved on to another vehicle and told him no thank you. He became very rood and lashed out at my mom, shes retired and got very upset. My first instinct was to go over and be rude to him in person but i decided to write a review instead. Needless to say several phone calls were made to his bosses and they were made aware of this mans behavior. I would never send anyone over to southside mitsubishi for anything. More

Didn't even get phoned back! Was supposed to meet with Saleem, he never showed for our appointment so I dealt with Neil. Did all the paperwork on an Outlander and I was quite happ Was supposed to meet with Saleem, he never showed for our appointment so I dealt with Neil. Did all the paperwork on an Outlander and I was quite happy with what we had worked out. Signed all the necessary paperwork and was under the impression we were good. Went home and got a call from Saleem that there was an issue and I no longer qualified for all I wanted. I indicated that what I was initially approved for was what I wanted. He said he'd work with the manager on it.....never heard from him again! More

Aaron Glena was helpful, and knowledgable and honest. He recommended the best and thats what I got. Its hard to find a sales man that cares more than just selling a car. Aaron definitely went out of his way and made sure he did the best he can to provide me with the car I wanted with the help of the price I can afford. Definitely the best dealership i've been to and 10/10 would recommend to anyone else! More

The shuttle was running an hour late so Danielle, in Service arranged for someone to drive me home in 5 min, Then Neil the Manager came by to say hello and offered me a SUV to drive for the day. Wow I was so appreciative of the offer. I had a new 2017 Outlander to drive. Brandon, in Sales got the loaner SUV ready for my and I was on my way. What a great SUV. and service from these guys. I had bought my brand new SUV off the floor from Aaron Glena who is an awesome salesman. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. More
Will never buy a Mitsu again This dealership has high staff turnover. They are very nice and pleasant to deal with but I cannot take my new car in for servicing without it costing This dealership has high staff turnover. They are very nice and pleasant to deal with but I cannot take my new car in for servicing without it costing 2x what i want to spend! Yes, they always call for approval but there's always SOMETHING with this vehicle! They do not tell you that they do not release codes so getting a quick convenient oil change doesnt exist with Mitsu. So you HAVE to take it into the dealership EVERYTIME. No loaner or shuttle either as I live in Sherwood Park which I guess a 20 min drive East is too far. At the dealership there's a "reccomended" service. Even when I have denied a "reccomended " service, they magically find a reason to preform it. So sick of it. Can't wait to dump this RVR and go back to Kia. I guess that's why they offer such a good warranty -you pay $2500 plus a year maintaining a brand new car so no nothing out of their pocket. More
