Customer service is incredible!!! I took my outlander for servicing on a Saturday. It was going to be a 3 hour wait. They don't have shuttle service on Saturdays so Brandon let me tak I took my outlander for servicing on a Saturday. It was going to be a 3 hour wait. They don't have shuttle service on Saturdays so Brandon let me take one of the 2017 Outlander's for a 3 hour "test drive". It was GREAT! Now THAT'S customer service at its BEST!! Also everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family : ) Looking for another vehicle? ..... I highly recommend Southside Mitsubishi. More

Aaron Grena helped me with a 2017 Lancer test drive, and then we negotiated the terms of my purchase. I was offered a very good value for my trade in. Financing with done with Kevin Kennedy, and I was impressed with his efficiency and during the few days it took for the car to arrive, he was always available for communication, and responded to my emails within minutes. He was very accommodating with my request for the instalment dates. Southside Mitsu is a kid-friendly place, and in both occasions I was there, I had my 3-year old daughter with me, and she was always entertained by staff, and I felt very safe with her "exploring" the place. I will definitely go back for service and when thinking of buying a new car. More

100% absolutely enjoyable! I stop by for a test drive in A Mitsubishi lancer gts. I fell in love with the car. My sales person Brandon got me a fair trade in price for my ram. And aftet he got to know me he recommended the premium package for my gts and it turned out to be the perfect potion package for my needs. Southside Mitsubishi stayed open late on a Friday night to make sure I was happy and I was very happy. Kevin in finance got me through also on Friday night but also had me approved early Saturday morning. The no charge winter tire package that was included in the sale was perfect given our wierd can be full of snow so they had put the summer tires in bag's and in the car. Picking up my car Brandon set up my phone with the Bluetooth, showed me some things about my new ride. This all happened in a very timely manner and was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at Southside Mitsubishi. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to by a car as they all where a pleasure to deal with with out any pressure to buy. Amazing job southside Mitsubishi thank you! More

I was shocked at how quick the whole process was when I went to sign the papers with finance and collect my lancer it only took like 20mins any other dealership I've been too have taken hours for this process.
