My husband and I walked into Southside Mitsubishi specifically to take a look at the RVR. We were greeted promptly and pass on to John. Unfortunately that day there were no used models on the lot that fit our price range. John stayed in contact with us while keeping an eye out for the perfect match and shortly after our first visit, we were back at the dealership viewing the RVR that we eventually purchased. John did a very good job selling us on Mitsubishi. Providing customers with all the information they need to make informed decisions is the mark of a good salesman. I will certainly recommend him to friends and family that are in the market for a vehicle. More

Exceptional service from the very first day I purchased my Endeavor in 2009. Since that time I have exclusively dealt with Southside for every single automobile need, including tires. Towed in my Mitsubishi to be serviced at this dealership because my car would not shift into gear. The car arrived at the dealership on a Friday. Car was not looked at until the next Tuesday. When it was looked at , they didn't know what was wrong with it , this being a "professional" dealership that say they can fix any make or model (except their own apparently). So they charge me for 2 diagnostic fees at 130.00 dollars a piece. Almost 300 dollars and they have no idea what is wrong with it! So they have to phone tech support. No word back from tech support for 2 days. When they do hear back , they have a different vehicle being serviced and that service is taking 3 hours longer than expected! 3 HOURS!? So even though my car was in long before this vehicle , I get bumped to the back of the line and have to wait another day. Quantity of services is far more important here than actually providing quick and proper service. Will NEVER go back to this dealership. DO NOT GO TO SOUTHSIDE MITSUBISHI FOR A SERVICE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND TIME! More
I Got there an hour and a half after my car was supposed to be ready. It was not. At 8:45am they said 3 hours and wrote 1 pm on the service form. The shuttle driver was supposed to pick me up at 1:30. He was late. No big deal . When we arrived at Mitsubishi at 2:20 pm My car wasn't ready. Had to wait a few minutes again not a big deal. When I paid for my car I had to pay for a tire repair (I'm sure I have a one year warranty on these tires) waiting for the sales guy to phone me back. I can not find any paper work. And the guy at the service desk didn't bother to look. So I pay for a 48 000 maintenance and a tire patch as well as a right wiper blade insert. The service department people tell me my car is outside. Well I go outside and walk around CAN NOT find my car. I go back in and they tell me it's behind a delivery truck. So AGAIN I go looking for my car. I walk along the building, look on the street and NO CAR. By now I'm pretty pissed off and I see the service guy smoking outside and tell him I still can not find my car. He said "this is the first smoke break I got today and I can't even enjoy it. We walk around where the car is supposed to be. By this time it's been probably 10 minutes I've been looking for my car. He goes inside and asks finally ( They could have done this when they handed me my keys) Turns out my car was behind the service department near the sales door. I get in my car and drive home. The roads are melting so the windows are getting dirty. I put the wipers on and the one they WERE SUPPOSED to fix leaves a STREAK. Call them and get put on hold in the service department and instead of them coming back to the phone I get HUNG UP on. So not impressed with the service I got today and now I have to pay another garage to fix the wiper because it leaves streaks. It worked better when it was broken . More
By far it was the best & informative test drive both my husband and I have ever taken.
