Sucks on every level This is the worst device Dept and dealership for customer service. Made me felt so bad and insulted because I was having a work permit and with not very good credit. I would recommend not to buy any car from south side Mitsubishi. They make u feel insulted. More
Avoid this dealership at all costs This dealership is absolutely terrible, I purchased a used Honda civic from them and under their inspection sheet stated the Ac system worked. After purchasing the car I found out it did in fact NOT work. When confronted about the issue they told me the inspection was done in 2 months ago and it must of stopped working during the time the car sat in their lot. They then tried to blame me for breaking it during the 2 weeks I owned the car and stated a rock must have gone through the condenser. Upon further inspection it was clear the condenser had just rotted out. I told them this and they said it must have rotted out in the hundred days the car sat on their lot. They then offered to pay half the cost for a new condenser which they said was $1500 from Honda. Well I called Honda and Honda said it was only $400 for a brand new condenser! So not only did they try lie and deceive me, they actually wanted me to pay more to install the ac condenser than it would have cost at Honda! When I told the service advisor this he become all confrontational and started yelling at me on the phone! This dealer is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. STAY AWAY More
Absolute Worst in every way!! Should be reviewed by Amvic I bought my lancer here in 2014 a high interest loan because I didn’t have the best credit. Although it’s been almost 4 years of never missing a payme I bought my lancer here in 2014 a high interest loan because I didn’t have the best credit. Although it’s been almost 4 years of never missing a payment I haven’t been able to get approved for a lower interest rate. On a 32,000 loan after paying 17,000 into it I still owe 27,000. Over the past few years various sales people call me every 6 months get me in there re run my credit then basically sluff me off. Ok so obviously I’ve learned not to bother, but about a month ago his sales guy calls me from SS Mitsubisi promising me lower payments literally said I guarantee I can get your interest down and into a new vehicle. I explain just stared a new job still have old things on my credit for collections. He says it doesn’t matter then he mentions in house financing and that got my attention. So reluctantly I believed him gave him all my personal info and he told me h was just going to check it out and will call me back. I have left messages texts and calls never Hurd from him again. Contacted the sales manager he apologizes said he will personally be taking over the file and he would talk to The banks the next morning. Haven’t ever Hurd from him again. And that’s fine you guys have lost my business forever and this is just the start of how poor they treat customers. Obviously my credit is a problem I know that don’t waste my time I work hard pay 633 a month for this car that’s almost done on warrantee. Don’t bother contact me again, in fact remove my Number completely from your database because your not going to want to hear what I have to say. More
Do not want to do anything that will not earn them money I have had my car in for routine Maintenance with south side service many times and have brought up some issues that I have that they never seem to I have had my car in for routine Maintenance with south side service many times and have brought up some issues that I have that they never seem to be able to duplicate, always want me to take them for a test drive to duplicate the issue umm" not my job " even when you do they never seem to notice it, but do try to sell you a new one. Even when they have brought something to my attention that does not need fixing right away but have us look at it on your next apt. you ask them to do that the next time and "oh no that's not what we said was an issue we have no record of that" they have done nothing but make me feel like a really dumb person since the sale of the car to me. I walked out on buying my car though Southside I guess its time to walk out on having anything to do with service department now also. Sigh now I need to drive across city to have my car dealt with always so much for the 10 year warranty appeal of owning a Mitsubishi. never deal with this company in my opinion More
Wish I went here sooner After dealing with another dealership I decided to give southside a go and I definitely made the right choice I went in for a transmission service, oi After dealing with another dealership I decided to give southside a go and I definitely made the right choice I went in for a transmission service, oil change and a recall they were a lot cheaper than the place I used to go too, the quoted me 2 hours to complete the work which I was more than happy with so I decided to wait, the coffee was very good. They completed the job 45 mins quicker than what they quoted and for 30 dollars less. The receptionists were very friendly and always smiling. I would definitely recommend coming here for a service. More

Aaron G. Starts out well, but doesn’t follow through This year, I got my third vehicle from south side Mitsubishi, and saw Aaron again because I’d had a positive experience in the past. I did let him and the dealership know that I’ve had some issues with the service department in the past, as had my husband with his lease (service doesn’t seem to care much from my many experiences of the Mirage being recalled). Anyway, Aaron assured me that I could always deal with him and he’d make sure that service went smoothly. Well that was a lie. He also didn’t come through with the “great deal on some winter tires when you’re ready to buy”. I asked him about them and he said he’d get back to me. That was a lie too. I guess I thought he was different from most car salesmen, but he’s typical. More
