When I signed for my new car I was told in would get 2 months of payments on the company, no conditions or strings attached. When i picked up my car 2 days later, they did not follow through with their promise, my block heater which should have been installed, was not and there was body damage to my brand new car. 1.5 weeks after I drove it off the lot, I brought it back to have the heater installed, only to find out that I need the entire rear of my car replaced and that my car is undrivable.I feel as though the inspection was not done properly and itnis so frustrating to be constantly screwed around. A free oil change does NOT make up for the time and hassle that I've been cost, especially when I have to make payments on a car that I won't have for 8 weeks while it's in repairs. I am so mad and upset with how unprofessional this entire procedure has been that I wish I took my business else where. More

The salesman Aaron Glena is one of the most delightful gentlemen I have ever met. Friendly, funny, intelligent, understanding and so helpful. Makes you feel like your hanging out with your buddy in stead of a salesmen pushing a vehicle on you, hounding you to pick something like everywhere else I went. He listened to my needs and wants and found me something that suited me. Reassured me of the safety features and ratings as my concerns are for my toddler and I driving in this crazy city. any concerns Or questions were address with information until i was satisfied. Once I decided I got to meet the insanely talented magician Kevin Kennedy who with some hard work got me the best financial deal I've have yet to been offered, giving me exactly what I was looking for!! What an amazing experience! I will be going back to this location for all future vehicles as well as converting everyone I know to Mitsubishi but only the south side location! :) Thank you to those fabulous 2 gentlemen, who I owe my currently painful cheeks due to a permanent smile on my face!!!!! More

Going downhill The service center is getting worse. Parts aren't ordered when they should be. Sometimes the wrong parts are ordered. "They need to come from Japan". I find it hard to believe there are no spare parts in all of North America. Also, the sales people are constantly turning over. The new people feel compelled to cold call and ask if I want to sell my car despite numerous requests to be taken off that list. More

For example they said our vehicle would be ready on the Tuesday so we switched our insurance and then the vehicle wasn't ready until the Thursday so we had to switch the insurance back to our trade in vehicle and then back again to our mitsu. The sales man felt terrible and was completely honest with us even to the point that he bought us a mitsu teddy bear. The dealer ship also paid for the first year of our drone car starter. More

The sales manager produced a deal quickly, although didn't provide comparatives initially. Once different options were reviewed, it was easy to see that the option initially presented was good. The finance manager knew the process and was familiar with the paperwork. Additional options were presented quickly and prices negotiated to get a fair deal. The vehicle was ready when promised. More
Vehicle came out with more issues from the recall service We took our car in for a recent recall issue. At pick up time, however, the dashboard was all scratched up. Took the car in a second time resulted in the car started to spit insulation materials through the vents. Some staff are honest and happy to help, but certain individual was found tactically avoid our direct questions. This is a very disappointing and negative experience. My car came out with more problems than before it was taken in. I am now one customer that you cannot retain. I will only consider non Mitsubishi vehicles from now on. More
In the shop again I have to say my confidence in the service department is zero. I seem to have to bring back my car for them to fix something else after it had just be I have to say my confidence in the service department is zero. They also up sold me on buying new tires for my 2 year old car in order to get the alignment done and as I am not an expert on tires and drive the highway to work everyday I believed this to be true till I got home to find out this is not the case. The last time I was there I specifically said on the note left with my keys to not do any work on my car until they talk to me and well I guess they didn't read the note.I will be finding another shop to bring my car. More
