We were introduced to Aaron Glena who was a delight to talk to. He was very pleasant and well versed in his trade. Although he wasn't really trying to make a hard sell he piqued our interest with his funny anecdotes and patience in answering all our queries. We explained our financial situation to him and he and his superiors were kind enough to offer us a sweet deal. Unfortunately we weren't ready just yet to take the leap. My friends on the other hand made their respective deals and were very happy with their new vehicles. After 3 weeks we were ready to do the trade in and to our relief Aaron and Southside Mitsubishi still gave us the initially quoted price and more. This made us get a better model of the vehicle we were first interested in. The financing aspect was also a breeze. It was indeed a wonderful experience dealing with Aaron and the rest of the Southside Mitsubishi personnel. More

Answered most of the questions before i had to asked them. He did not make me feel rushed or pressured in any way. Went in and and went over my trade in. The numbers worked without haggling over the trade in price. Had the car ready for delivery the next morning. I had said 12 but they told me 10 because of the long drive home. Wanted me to have plenty of daylight to drive home in. More

I met one sale person that I really like and some at the clerks at the service center that I feel that I am a good place. For in general, the way people answer the phone (on weekend), the way they talk to the customer, it looks like young people (first job), are learning as a practicum how to receive customers, talk to the customers. Sorry, but I don't see that king of services at Toyota or others. I like the car, even if I had to change three things from a brand new car who doesn't even have 5 years, but I am still thinking to sell it, and have another one which the services will come with it. Southside switch I have been driving a Mitsubishi for along time. Until recently I was driving a 2007 mitsubishi Outlander that my mother had purchased at Southside Mitsubishi a few yrs back. I was certain that I wanted a ford edge when I was car shopping recently. I had a 2015 Ford edge all picked out and on hold at a ford dealership. I came to mitsubishi simpy to afirm that I wanted the Edge. From the time i arrived at southside, I was treated like a person, almost like a friend. I realized then how much pressure I felt at the ford dealership. After the test drive I knew between the service I recieved and the awesome updates to the mitsubishi, I would be going with them. More
