All of the staff especially Aaron Glena, Aaron Krusch (sales) and Kevin Kennedy (financing) made buying a car so much less stressful then it could have been and an actually enjoyable experience. Driving from Calgary to come see them with not much of an idea of what I wanted, both the Aaron's that work there took the time to find a vehicle that I would enjoy without making me feel rushed. They are not pushy and actually take the time to go through everything (features, budget etc.) Being a female, they spoke directly to me without talking with condescension (very refreshing) even while I had two male companions. When I came in to pick up my new car, Aaron Glena came back to work after finishing or the day to walk me through all the features of the car, setting up my Bluetooth, putting on my number plate and even giving me a small cute gift ?? These guys are truly some of the best staff I have seen in a long time. Anyone looking to buy new or used i will recommend southside mitsubishi. The customer service is fantastic and I will definately be buying my next car here. More
Awesome Service, Awesome Price I brought my 2014 Lancer in to get new tires, and regular servicing. I chose Southside Mitsu because their quoted price was lower than the tire places I brought my 2014 Lancer in to get new tires, and regular servicing. I chose Southside Mitsu because their quoted price was lower than the tire places. The price on the invoice was much lower than quoted and this made me very happy. They took care of my suspension issues under warranty and surprised me by replacing my block heater free of charge. They really went above and beyond. More
Extortion at our expense. The experience we've had with Mitsubishi servicing has been flat out horrible. We've had our vehicles for less than 2 years and we've already had to d The experience we've had with Mitsubishi servicing has been flat out horrible. We've had our vehicles for less than 2 years and we've already had to dish out over $2000 worth of servicing costs - that is just ridiculous. What's even more concerning is that the costs involved for servicing seem to be pre-mediated and don't have any type of structure whatsoever. For example, the last servicing costs for both our vehicles totalled to EXACTLY $1011.00...that seems a bit odd, no? What are the chances of two separate vehicles, distantly driven differently, accumulating to service costs of that exact amount? Slim to none. Which further supports my assumption that the servicing costs for our vehicles was pre-mediated and therefore may not have been needed. YET if we had not done our servicing through the dealership, we would have lost any warranty coverage remaining on our vehicles. Extortion. Plain and simple. More

I had seen many service providers before him and he is absolutely different from them in many aspects.He showed professionalism in dealing with me, I got an excellent customer service and above all honest and courteous.You need to see this guy who will make your day and your car very good and safe respectively. One minor complaint is that I needed shuttle service, was told that if I took the last shuttle (3:30-4 pm) that my car would be ready, got a call at 3:50 pm, while I was on the shuttle about to arrive, that my car was not going to ready for another hour. I understand these things happen, it would have been good to know before I got on the shuttle, as I would have brought some work that I could have done in the waiting area. I don't think this is likely a common issue or experience, though. More

The sales associate did a thorough job explaining the features and benefits, as well as improvements over last years model. I was presented relevant upgrade packages and not pressured into ones I did not need. The trade appraisal was done in a timely manner. I received an answer from finance in regards to my loan quicker than I though given that it was a weekend. They were able to have all the items installed and the car ready to pick up Monday after work. Overall a fast and efficient experience. More
