Traded up I was looking to trade up from a 14' Lancer GT to an Evo. I ended up choosing a brand new '15 GSR Premium. The sales team was very patient and very un I was looking to trade up from a 14' Lancer GT to an Evo. I ended up choosing a brand new '15 GSR Premium. The sales team was very patient and very understanding considering my situation and the distance I had to travel for the car. Absolutely Not!! Had my daughters Outlander towed here for timing belt problem. Was called the next day and informed the belt had broke and the motor was shot, they ha Had my daughters Outlander towed here for timing belt problem. Was called the next day and informed the belt had broke and the motor was shot, they had already found a used engine and could replace it for $5000.00 being a little skeptical due to the conditions under which the belt had broke I asked to visit their shop and see the problem. Arriving at the service center I was ignored for the first 5 minutes, once I got to talk to the service advisor the conversation backed up skepticism, he had a hard time keeping eye contact. Went in the shop and met the tech, asked how he made his diagnoses, he showed me the exposed cam shaft gear and said it wouldn't turn. At this point I realized it was time to get this vehicle out of there, towed it home, turned both the crankshaft and cam shaft by hand with no problems, installed new belt, completed a compression test and all was fine, started and test drove unit back to this dealership, to show them it was fine. Spoke with the general manger who passed off to the service manger, was told he stands behind the techs report, basically calling myself a liar...save yourself money and grief, avoid this dealership at all costs, they have no respect for the customer, was an engine shampoo and new belt in order for 5k, really makes me wonder how many times they got away with this More

Not Happy I recently brought my car in for an oil change at Southside. While the oilchange went fine, when they were working on my tires (even though I did not I recently brought my car in for an oil change at Southside. While the oilchange went fine, when they were working on my tires (even though I did not request it) the technician broke my tire pressure sensor. I was told that the sensor was broken beforehand and that it will cost me $120 to replace it. However, upon requesting to look at the tire it was fully deflated. I tried to fill up the tire with air myself, and it would not hold air. Obviously, the tire was holding air before coming in, and now it was not. The service representive was hostile saying that the cause was not his technician, and because I myself work in a tireshop I should know what caused it. After arguing with the service Rep. I eventually decided to talk to the service manager, who handled the situation much better and replaced the sensor free of charge. However, I should not have to argue over something that shouldn't have been touched in the first place. I no longer trust the mechanics there, because if they break a tire sensor from just "adjusting pressures" I have no idea what sort of damage they could do if they were to work with more expensive and delicate components. I would also have no way of proving that the components they broke were done by them, and I would have to pay for the mechanics mistake. From now on I will be taking my business elsewhere, and hope that others read this review and heed it as a warning. I was really hoping the service department would be good, because I would like my car being worked on by the same company that it is manufactured by, but after having tire issues from a service visit which had nothing to do with tires I feel as if the service department will try to swindle me everytime I visit. More

Many companies these days seem to look for reasons not to honor the warranty coverage, and our latest service showed that Southside Mitsubishi does not only deliver on manufacturer warranty, but assisted with installation of customer supplied items that were no longer covered. (Although made to wait far too long, with service taking 4+ hours!) More
