Before anybody start reading I would like to inform that I really love AUDI BRAND and their PRODUCTS. It's all about this "HUB of CON ARTIST DEALER SHIP" i.e. SOUTHGATE AUDI. I bought 2016 AUDI A5 brand new from this DUMMY DEALERSHIP by trusting that they represent AUDI and they are the best option to buy EXCLUISVE AUDI CAR or AUDI PRODUCTS. But it was completely wrong conception i had until i bought the car from them. There is no doubt that their sales and management is not only full of BS and CON skills but also trick the customers with their skills. What's the issue ? i bought A5 2016 car and warranties along with that in hoping that I am at Exclusive dealership and i trusted their salesman that he going to sell me right genuine Audi products since he is representing AUDI. But when time come to use that warranties( WINDSHIELD,RIM AND TIRE and PAINT PROTECTION WARRANTY) that i paid almost $4K on top of the car price as sales man strongly recommend to buy that which make sense as well. Unfortunately, when i Took my car to AUDI Calgary Dealership. i came to know that they sold me THIRD PARTY SHADY WARRANTIES in order to make extra commission instead of Selling me their EXCLUSIVE IN HOUSE PRODUCT called "AUDI AFTER CARE". Which is not only cheaper from the price that i paid for THIRD PARTY Warranties but it also universal Product which i can use any Dealership. What's wrong with THIRD PARTY WARRANTIES (SOLD BY SOUTH GATE AUDI)? I found all warranties company's I.e. WINDSHIELD (REDLINE AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS INC) and RIMS and TIRE (PLATINUMTIRE AND RIM PROTECTION INC) are not only shady but they are known to con people in allover CANADA. When i took my car to WINDSHIELD (REDLINE AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS INC) they installed CHINESE WINSHIELD on my car even they confirmed me several times on phone that they going to install OEM. Moreover, they are that much unprofessional they damaged my during installation of windshield. Later refused to fix the damages. In short, they charged me $250 Deductible for Chinese Windshield and Lied to me that its OEM. Which Depreciate my car value and it cost me $575 to fix the damages that done to my car. Later on, when i took my car to fix scratches of rims Since i paid for RIM Warranties. Company Refused to cover even its in their terms and condition by saying that its Cost them over their budget so they cant cover that. What's the ROLE of SOUTH GATE AUDI? I can understand that it might be only salesman who sold me Wrong Products over the in-house products in order to make extra Commission. But I found its all Supported and Sheltered by management including owner ( Dealer Principal). I Went to Edmonton to fix this issue from Calgary to meet DEALER PRINCIPAL so i can bring this whole issue under their attention. it was Surprising that DEALER PRINCIPAL refused to come in picture and put his SENIOR SALES MANAGER MR. RICK YOUNG to follow up this issue. It's not only prove that they already know how they are running the business by "RIPPING OFF" the customer by doing MIS-REPRSENTATION. It's been more than 6 months communicating with south gate audi to either refund my money that you guys sold me of useless THIRD PARTY WARRANTIES or REPLACE IT WITH IN HOUSE PRODUCT CALLED "AUDI AFTER CARE". They not refused to accept the mistake and fix it but also showing their ARROGANT WORK ETHICS not responding for WEEKS. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS JUNK PLACE. THEY NOT ONLY CHEAT YOU BUT ALSO, SCREW YOUR HARDSHIP MONEY. What's my NEXT STEP? I really work hard for every single penny. I can't see anybody took my money through their con Skills. I'm currently working with lawyer to pursue this matter legally. Also, I'm going run online Campaign through social media i.e. FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM and SC by making videos to let everyone know how they treat their customers until they fix the issue. I want to make sure nobody will get trap in their gimmick. More

My goal is to save others from my nightmare with this dealership. I bought a 2016 Q3 from them in May of 2016. Within a month of purchase, I noticed a strange, intermittent clicking noise coming from the dash. Since that time, I have made several trips to the dealership: 1. First brought it in around June 2016. I was told that they could not hear the problem but I should just keep an eye on it. 2. I recorded the sound on my phone and brought back to the dealership a few weeks later. I played the recording to the Service Manager. I was then told they could hear the problem, but they didn’t know what it was so they couldn’t help me. However, I should still keep an eye on it. 3. I did some research on the internet and discovered that relay issues are common with Audis and Volkswagens. I brought this research back to the dealership. I was told that yes, they in fact do believe it is a relay issue, but they don’t know which relay it is so they couldn’t help me. However, I should still keep an eye on it. Frustrated, I contacted their Service Department Manager, Jamie, and explained the runaround I kept getting. He told me that they would replace all the relays in my car with the parts from a new car on their lot. I was a bit uncomfortable with this idea (my car is under warranty and it is my understanding that under warranty, the customer is entitled to new parts); however, since this was the only option presented to me, I agreed. When I picked up my car, I was advised that only the headlight switch was replaced. I explained that Jamie told me all the relays were to be replaced and was told by the Service Advisor, “No, no, no, we would never do that.” Even thought it was clearly stated on the work order (which I have copies of). I was advised they took the headlight switch from a new Q3 and my old switch was placed in the new car. In addition to being concerned about my own car, I feel uncomfortable for the person who purchases that supposed new vehicle, which has been used as a donor for parts. They recently told me that they would finally proceed with replacing all the relays and modules in my car with parts from a car their lot, and I declined. I currently have a claim opened with Audi Canada to address this electrical defect. So, long story short, if you buy a car from Southgate Audi, you might be getting something you think is brand new but has actually been cannibalized for parts. If you really want an Audi in Edmonton, go to Audi North. Lord knows I wish I had. More

Damaged my R8 and tried to blame me Years ago, I had an Audi R8. Unfortunately it ended up having some engine problems and had to be left at the dealership for almost a month. When I went to pick it up, there was a large scratch (about foot long) on the panel just behind the back engine cover, as well as a dent in the front hood. It was pretty obvious that someone had taken it for a careless joy ride. Rather than admitting this, they had one of their arrogant, rude sales guy deliver the vehicle to me. He forcibly tried to suggest it was my fault and that those damages were there prior. As a serious car enthusiast, obsessive compulsive surgeon and someone who had barely driven the car a couple thousand kms, anyone with common sense would know this claim was far fetch. I took meticulous care of the vehicle and it was perfect prior to this service. I believe in recent times, Southgate Audi has tried to turn their image around because of competition form the new Audi dealership (which is far friendlier and better all around). But for the longest time, under the thought that they were the only Audi dealership in town, their salespersons and service department staff were indifferent and arrogant. They felt they could treat their customers poorly and get away with it. The common theme expressed at least amongst the doctors and surgeons in Edmonton was how much we loved Audi cars but hated the dealership and the service. I'm sharing this review now, in hopes that they will change for the better and to heed warning to others. Do your research, and check out the north side dealership. More

This ultimately brought me back to him to buy the car. Lexus was not a good experience as the pressure was on to make a deal the minute I walked in the Door. And the north side Audi felt the same as Lexus that typical bad car sales experience everyone hates. The experience at Southgate Audi was hassle free. I would of liked a better deal but we always want a better deal, Service and respect are worth it when you're treated properly. That's why Ron got my business! I recommend anyone who is shopping for an Audi to go see Ron at Southgate Audi. More
Amazing customer service! I was in the market for a used Audi Q5. I had found one on the dealers website and inquired via email about all my concerns. Needless to say 3 days la I was in the market for a used Audi Q5. I had found one on the dealers website and inquired via email about all my concerns. Needless to say 3 days later I drove home in that same Q5! Jared from sales did an amazing job in ensuring everything I needed was taken care of and followed up a few days after I drove the vehicle home. Nicole and JP from finance explained everything according and did everything they could to make the process smooth. Overall I had a fantastic experience at Southgate Audi. More
