I was pleased with the response time when I called to schedule the oil change. When I arrived, I was clearly informed by service advisor that it could take up to 2.5 hours because there were now 4 client schedule the oil change. When I arrived, I was clearly informed by service advisor that it could take up to 2.5 hours because there were now 4 clients in front of me. I accepted and it took 2.5 hours as stated. Thanks !
