The shuttle service is absolutely unacceptable. I waiting 2 hours to be picked up to retrieve my vehicle. Probably the last time I use that service. A couple extra drivers with vehicles would proba I waiting 2 hours to be picked up to retrieve my vehicle. Probably the last time I use that service.
