After an extensive search for the right vehicle and price for almost a month, we had to look  no further after visiting Southbank. We have dealt with several dealers over the years and with this purchase, hands down, this service was superior.  Ivan and Rami took the time to listen to what we needed and worked to find the right match. This is different from other dealers we approached who often attempted to suit their available vehicles to our (their) needs.  We never felt rushed or pressured and the frank, prompt and knowledgeable approach given to us at Southbank allowed us to feel comfortable to trust the advice we were given.  In the end, this worked out for both parties in coming to an agreement that was acceptable.  Paul showed us patience in working with our financial needs and pricing.  His time and effort was definitely the factor in finalizing our purchase.  He really did a lot to inform us about our loan agreement and find the right contract to match our needs. My sales representative Cam needed all but 10 minutes to assess my wants and needs and located my perfect match: a fully loaded 2015 Jeep Rubicon, he also helped me negotiate a killer deal! I am a new to the Jeep world and Cam was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the product, he pretty much knew everything about Jeep, from the evolution of the body style to the updates on the mechanical systems and engine. He was not a pushy sales person, he was a detail oriented product specialist. He made my purchase experience very stress free and relaxed. The financing process was a breeze as well, Ala Alqasem (the business manager) was very delightful to work with and very throughout. I will absolutely refer anyone looking for a Jeep to Southbank Dodge. More
