Awesome Experience I wanted to thank the boys at Southbank Dodge that helped me purchase my new Jeep. They were Kevin and Rami. I can't say enough about how friendly and polite they were even though I might have given them a hard time haggling about the pricing. They were both very respectful at every interaction we had. Also, I wanted to say how the business decision for Southbank to be open on Sundays was definitely a selling feature for me. I always found it annoying that car lots were closed on Sundays because I work some Saturdays and this made it difficult to actually find time to speak in person to salespeople at car dealers. My plan was to buy a Rav4 but I hadn't had much time to go and investigate that purchase. I was driving past Southbank one Sunday and saw it was open, drove in the lot and was able to look at the cars. I had never considered purchasing a Jeep but I was thrilled at the choices and options and eventually the price. I have to say I am more than happy with my new car. It runs well, is roomy and I get much better mileage than my previous car. I am having some technological challenges but I know I am able to stop at the dealership any time and Rami will help me out. He is so knowledgeable and well versed about how it all works. More

When we arrived to pick up our new vehicle, Dyami met us at the door and personally inspected the vehicle with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. He introduced us to key personnel at the dealership. Once all transactions were finalized, Dyami requested we contact him if we had any future concerns. The back office staff did a magnificent job obtaining financing and jumping through a few hoops due to my special circumstances. It was much appreciated. Although I did go over my set dollar limit for payments, the increase was minimal, and the extra options they provided left me knowing I had received great value for my money.
