Life Lessons and Experiences - Room to Grow I have purchased from South Bank Dodge in the past few (or a few more) years a minimum of five vehicles. Each of my experiences previous to this one I have purchased from South Bank Dodge in the past few (or a few more) years a minimum of five vehicles. Each of my experiences previous to this one was amazing and nothing short of perfect. Bruce Cameron - over the years of dedicated to Dodge there is no other Sales Manager that I will deal with. I have always dealt with Bruce and have never been disappointed. Bruce is the perfect example of a dedicated employee who demonstrates the highest of ethics, honesty and integrity. As always Bruce bravo a job well done on this one. Rami Alzabri - I have dealt with Rami for a minimum of three of the last vehicles and much the same as Bruce Rami is another perfect example of a dedicated employee who demonstrates the highest of ethics, honesty and integrity. As always bravo a job well done on this one. Andrij Kandyba - let us begin by saying that Andrij did work the night before right up until 6.00 p.m. and ran out of time to answer all of my questions. We parted ways that evening with a promise from myself to meet at 10:00 a.m Sunday morning with a eventual signing of a deal and pending finance approval pick up by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday. Andrij you are good at learning about sales. That is quite evident as I see by your sales profile on line that you have been with Southbank Dodge for one month and a bit. Taught by many and by one fantastic teacher in particular Bruce Cameron. I would not take the following suggestions to heart but would the comments as a lesson in life and build on what you have learnt thus far: 1. Excitement is good but should be contained. 2. Don't be over confident but be humbled by those who choose to allow you into their small world when they are buying. 3. Try not to be over personable be polite in all aspects when dealing with people. 4. Try not to forget to fast about the one that is before you waiting for things to be finished when the delivery is due. 5. Follow through with each and every sale from A to Z which includes a full demonstration of how a vehicle runs and works. 6. Don't leave half way through a delivery and say you have two customers at your desk as walk ins and that you will be back in 10 minutes but not show up for over 45 minutes. Kind of makes one feel that "sale is done! NEXT!" Would "WE" come back and ask for you to be our salesman. Unfortunately no. 7. Would I buy again from South Bank Dodge - yes. 8. Sales person I dealt with was fantastic (Jesse Gelineau) Bought a new vehicle, love it, dealt with Jesse in sales, extremely friendly, and laid back and not pushy. The reason for four stars overall was the sales manager Dan, was extremely pushy, not friendly, and at times quite rude. Ivan took care of my financing and was extremely friendly, tried to push extended coverage a couple of times, but when I said I was seriously not interested, it never came up again. Delivery of vehicle was extremely fast, and professional, I really appreciated that Jesse took the time to pair my phone, and show me all the features of the vehicle. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new Chrysler product. More

Amazing service from start to finish I was in the market for a new truck and decided to visit the Dilawry Dodge dealer on Hunt Club. Needless to say, horrible service and sales tactics th I was in the market for a new truck and decided to visit the Dilawry Dodge dealer on Hunt Club. Needless to say, horrible service and sales tactics that were beyond aggressive. Led to my fiancé and I leaving the dealership and demanding for my keys. The following day I decided to visit Soutbbank Dodge and let me tell you, what an amazing experience. From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile. Andreij (my salesman) was new to the dealer but he was determined to ensure my experience was nothing but flawless. He spend over an 45 minutes looking for the exact truck I wanted. During the negotiating process, i was greeted by the Sales Manager Bruce which was also nothing but amazing to deal with. Bruce also made sure I got the top price for my trade. Once the deal was completed, I dealt with Chris in finance. Chris was incredibly thourough with his explanations and met every deadline he set out. Long story short, I ended up purchasing a 2017 Dodge Ram Sport and couldn't of asked for a better end to end sales process. Thanks guys, you now have a customer for life! More

I have been with Southbank Dodge Chrysler consistentl I first became a customer in the 1980's, then I tried a few other dealerships, then I came back! I have been with Southbank Dodge Chrysler consistently since 2002 and they treat me like family. I purchased two PT Cruisers and then a FIAT 500. Altogether, I have purchased 5 vehicles from Southbank. I am always recognized by everyone I deal with, even when I haven't pre-booked a service appointment. So I am not just some random customer, but rather, their valued customer, and as I said, like part of the family. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. More
